For  It needs a path to engage me, such as a clock. I don't see 11s in the sky or the trees.

Nevermind, I saw an 11 carved into a tree on one of my last outdoor adventures

Let me ask any of you these questions, if I may: 

1.  Do you ever notice the "11" when you are at a cross road and have to different path's you can take? 
2.  Do you ever notice "11" when you are about to do something you probably shouldn't? 
3.  Do you see it when you are doing something to help another person? 
4.  Does it give you goose bumps & make the hair on your arms stand up when you see "11"?

#3 - yes, constantly
#4 - this happened at first until I got used to it

Congratulations Larry on giving alcohol the boot. I can relate, gave up alcohol two years ago and life is better.

For me, the frequency of seeing 11's only changes when the opportunity frequency changes. If I am near any electronics, signs or clocks the frequency greater. If I am out hiking in the mountains, there is no opportunity to see an 11 (unless I look at my phone). This seems obvious, but I think it is an important truth about this phenomena. It needs a path to engage me, such as a clock. I don't see 11s in the sky or the trees.

In "What the Bleep Do We Know" when Dean Radin is talking about random number generators, I noticed the wall clock in the background is stopped on 11:11:17

Ironically,  I noticed it after I paused the movie. The pause symbol "ll" was right on top of the clock.

The discussion about the "double slit experiment" was fascinating as well.

i wondered if you meditated before you went to sleep and opened your mind and relaxed asking for help to understand this, if you would dream anything?

I have never thought to ask for help to understand why I see 11s. I think that's a good idea Angel

Sometime in 2007, I noticed that I was seeing 9:11 and 11:11 on clocks. This happened so many times, it was beyond coincidence. Eventually, the hour didn't matter and it didn't have to be a clock. It was the number 11, pulling my attention to it. The counter on my dvd player, road signs, advertisements, my vehicle's odometer, someone's jersey number, address numbers and more.

I began to keep track of 11's on digital clocks. I estimate that 80% of the time I look, the minutes are 11. 10%, the minutes are 17. This almost always occurs when I didn't intend to check the time. The numbers seem to grab my vision. Often I see 11:11 or 11:17.

When this occurs, I get a feeling of peace. Sometimes when I have a positive thought, simultaneously or shortly after, I see an 11. This happens 5-12 times per day.

At the same time this phenomena began, I started practicing yoga and meditation. Since then, I have been simplifying my life and studying nature. I am fascinated by quantum mechanics and eastern philosophy.  

It's difficult to explain this to people. I have told a few friends but they just think I am wierd. It's nice to know that there are others experiencing this and I look forward to connecting with other 11ers
