What are your experiences with the 11 phenomenon? What brings you here?
The number 11 has been getting people's attention to the point of becoming a worldwide phenomenon. There is also huge historic significance behind this number. Feel free to post your personal experience with the number 11, 111, 11:11 and so on. You are not alone.

It started over a year ago. It began with me looking at the clock and always finding it 11:11 no matter what I was doing. Then my receipts were $11.11, or $22.11, all multiples of 11. So I began to show my best friend all of my 11's, she originally thought I was crazy. However, the following things add to 11 for me:
* My employee ID adds to 11
* My SSN adds to 11
* My Driver's License adds to 11
* My Employee parking # adds to 11
* Hotel rooms I am given add to 11 (on vacations)
* My B-day adds to 11
* My maiden name has 11 letters
* My married name has 11 letters
The list goes on to become so random. It sounds crazy, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. My husband's firestation adds to 11, this list goes on and on......

That is basically how it started with me about 7 years ago. The clock, receipts, license plates. All in streaks that defied probability. At first it was amusing and then it became downright annoying. It would go away for a while and come back in a big way. At one point I decided that either I was crazy or this had to be happening to other people. If it was a sign from a higher power why would I be the only one in the world to experience. So I did a search for something like I keep seeing the number 11 everywhere and was amazed by the number of other people who was having the same experience! Since then it has grown as a phenomenon.
When you look at all that along with all the occurrences in history relating to the number 11 it is incredible. When you consider 2012 approaching and all the speculation over that we can expect 2011 to have major significance and/or days with the number 11 and of course the months of 11/2011 and 11/2012.

me and my friend seem to like have this telepathy thing were we say the exact same things at the exact same time and do the same things, listen to the same music AT THE SAME TIME, etc. if thats not weird enough, we were talking and i said that i ALWAYS see 9:11 everywhere! on the clock, on random items, etc.. then he told me that he ALWAYS sees 11 and its been happening to him for the last 2 years.. the exact same for me. so now we see it EVERYWHERE. and i mean everywhere. ITS INSANE. the only time we look at clocks it will be 9:11 or have 11 in it or be a number sequence that adds up to 11 or even 9:11. and then we are noticing it in out phone numbers and then my first name+last name= 11 letters. my first name+middle name= 9 letters. my address adds up to 11 and then 9. we read signs that add up to 11 or 9. we call eachother at times that have 11 or add up to 11 or 9. its like its EVERYWHERE sooo many more places than i have already mention! so then we started thinking about numerology.
well my name number is 9.
my density number is 3.
my personality number is 8.
and my soul urge name is 22.
and if you look density number(3)+personality( 8 )= 11 and you have the name number
(9) left. and then 22/2=11.
my friends name number is 1.
density number is 6.
personality is 4.
and soul urge is 11.
so you see he already has 11 but then his name(1)+density(6)+personality(4)=11 also
it seems to be following us. and were getting very freaked out because no one believes us. but now we've found this website so we know weren't alone.

Hello all
Wow I don't know where to start. I guess since about 2004 both my husband and I have been plagued with 11:11. Our marriage date subconciously was 11.12.2004 (1+1+1+2+2+0+0+4 = 11).When we went on our honeymoon our room number was 2211, every restaurant we went to directed us to table 11, at the amusement park my husband had a go at the shooting duck game and his booth was number 11 (we didn't discover this one until we watched the home video back). Now our honeymoon was in Phuket and we were there for 11 days. We left Thailand the day before the Tsunami hit and are very lucky that we did because our hotel was located right on the beach front. Since that time my husband and I see 11 everywhere and seem to catch the time at 11:11 often, too often to not wonder - WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME!!! My husband also had a heart attack on the way to a restaurant on our anniversary on the 11.12.2008, and doctors can't determine exactly how it happened because when they had a look inside his heart, it was normal without any blockages, low blood pressure, no cholesterol, not overweight and no heart problems. He was 33 at the time, the same age Jesus was when he passed. I am happy to report that my husband is in great shape and hasn't had any problems since.
I don't know it's all a bit freaky if you ask me.
Could we be getting signs of impending disaster? It is also strange that both my husband and I see it seperately and when we are together. Is it important that all the people that see this message need to find eachother? I am a very spiritual person and I can feel it in my soul that this Phenomena is very important. So hello to all my fellow 11:11 people and I hope we can discover this mystery together.

What are your experiences with the 11 phenomenon? What brings you here?
Well about 4-5 years ago is when I first noticed this happening to me. I had a friend of metaphysics who I talked with a lot and mentioned this to them. They were not suprised because they also felt I had a special enlightenment. I did not really look to much into it then, however it has started again. I have always been able to connect with my family in thoughts but only thought that was a normal thing cause we were family.
Recently I discovered this was happening between me and a friend too. Ok so maybe there is something unique about me I thought. Well I am interested in learning all I can about my phenonmenon. Looking online thats how I came across your site and many others. So I began my journey to discover all about me and train my senses to receive and communicate on a more concious level.
I see the numbers on my digital clock and watch and car clock a lot at least 3-5 times a day. Often I wake up and there it is. Or jsut decide ok what time is it oh wow thats so strange again I see it. Its like at the exact moments I think to look at a clock anywhere I am I see some combination of 1:11, 11:11, 3:33, 5:55, 2:22, Ive even seen it on my odometer on my car no kidding. and just yesterday I was looking at some meat and wow... it cost $11.11 and that was a markdown.
Looking on a site I discovered 2 angels over my birth date Ayoa and Nanael. And Nana is my grandma name too. :D So now I'm glad I chose that from the thoughts in my head to be Nana after learning this.
I am piseces and that seems to be a very sensitive and intuitive time to be born in which does fit my personality very well.
I have not done any adding up numbers or numerology stuff but after reading the messages here makes me want to do so now. But one thing I wanted to add is that I started first wishing for the entire time I was looking at the numbers on the clocks. Then I was not sure who was calling my attention to this phenomenon so sometimes I would say I pray.. etc. instead of wish. And sometimes I felt an urge to pray for the safety of my family members at this time too.
After reading about this phenomenon maybe being contacted by angels trying to communicate with me perhaps there was a reason after all. Now I hope to really learn to talk to my angels to get the full message and direction of the contact. And if I am to have a special reason on this earth I dont want to miss it. Do you?
Well it will be nice to talk to others who are like me. I hope we can discover our purpose in this life.

I guess to get on with the journey of discovering what this all means and why we are chosen to see this phenomena, if you can please tell us all a bit about yourselves.
For instance:
I am in my early thirties - I am a virgo - I was born in Sydney Australia - My interests are of a creative nature (dance, music) - same with my husband - I am the odd one out in my family - so is my husband - Mostly people really find it easy to be friends with me - I have always had a fascination with stars, planets, mythology - I am a middle child - I have had supernatural experiences as a child and teenager - sometimes I feel like I move things subconciously with my brain or energy or something (sounds crazy I know) - My background is Eastern European. Maybe this will spark something in someone else. Would love to hear about you.

I also see 11's on digital clocks all the time. I noticed that 911 in New York happened on the 11th. The latest tsunami in Japan happened on the 11th. Has anyone else noticed disasters that happen on the 11th?

The number 9 from what I have been able to gather Biblically has a meaning of completeness/finality/judgment. "My wrath" has the numeric value of 9 if you add up the individual digits/numbers of the letters.

Hi Nana. With everything that has happened relating to dates with the number 11 I definitely would not be surprised if 11/11/11 has huge significance. I wouldn't predict anything because these things tend to happen when you don't expect them and 11/11/11 is so obvious. I know my radar is definitely up. I do believe that from November of this year (11/11) until say 1/11/12 we are going to see some amazing things. I do not know what. In addition to seeing the elevens that so many people have been seeing, I tend to catch 11 just as it is turning to 12 on the clock. This happens about 75% of the time within a second of glancing at the number 11 and has been happening for a number of years now. Of course 2012 is the year so many people have been pointing to. Its an amazing time to be alive and a good time to say our prayers.

I have been experiencing the 11:11 phenonomen for over 15 years. I also see 33 and 22 several times throughout the day.
I too thought I was the only one up until recently when I did a google search and see there are many other people also experiencing it.
The number 11 is very prevelant in my life, from my birthdate, phone number, house numbers I have lived in, my name, my kids date of births and their names, I lost a good mate on the 11/11, the list goes on...
I went on a bit of a quest searching for answers and came up with all sorts of mysteries including the Rh negative blood. As most of you will already know Rh positive blood CAN be traced back to the Rhesus monkey but those with negative blood, like myself and others, cannot be traced back to anything...
Well not here on earth.
I have learned about Comet Elenin. The earthquakes that have happened when it's been in alignment with the earth and sun. I have even learned some history on the Sumerians and other ancient races.
I have seen spirits Includ. an Angel as a child, UFO's and even a bigfoot as a child. (there were 2 other witnesses)
I seem to be a magnet to these things... and also to animals. I attract all kinds of strays, from birds to dogs, cats and even lizards.
My thoughts on the 11:11 phenonomen is that it IS a wake up call of the changes to come....

From Revelation 11:11-12
Revelation 11:11 Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them.
Revelation 11:12 And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here." And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them.
When you consider seeing 11 going to 12 so frequently and such an incredible end times event in Revelation 11:11-12, it does give pause for thought. The two people mentioned here are the two witnesses who some believe could be Moses and Elijah. It happens halfway through the tribulation. It also similar to the rapture which is believed to happen prior to this:
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
16 For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.
The Bible says nobody knows exactly when the Lord will return, so I would not make any such date predictions. I do think that the sign of 11 going into 12 could have multiple meanings. Given the significance of the number 11 in the world, this particular 11-12 sign, along with 2012 being on everyone's radar; I do think something significant could happen somewhere in late 2011 or early 2012; Or it could be the end of November to early December in 2011 or 2012. I think these are dates that have to be considered. Could be a world changing event(s) of some kind. Certainly a good time to be aware and alert; to have our eyes fixed above and beyond. These signs must have a reason.

Thank you, I feel better knowing that someone else experiance's this same thing I have noticed since 1990 I was 9 years old and after my mother noticing it first she then started to point it out to me and I have seen it ever since then, like you I dont see it as much as maybe some people but It does have it's high's and low's on its frequency; Furthermore I do believe it to be a sign from God and sent to those who are meant to notice maybe certain intelligent people, dont know. thanks again, Jonathan DJPhaze Argiri. :-\ ::)

How strange that I stumbled across this site, today, July 11th after the news of yet an other death in my family on an 11th. And my father and I had just been talking about the way 11 pops up for us in glaringly obvious ways.
My birthday is September 11th (I'm a Virgo and 22 years old), my 13th birthday was the day of the September 11th attacks, the birthday of my first and only other love in life was born on October 11th, I went into labor for my daughter on April 11th (though she was born on the 13th) My mother died on August 11th, I found my neighbor dead in his apartment and he had died on an 11th, and my dear Uncle died today July 11th.
My father and I notice 11's all over more than most people we know. He also has an eerie ability to predict plane crashes and hasn't been wrong once (he dreams of the event). Though he can't ever tell where it is (so he has no way of preventing anything) but he can describe in detail everything, down to the number of passengers and the model and colors of the plane.
I affect electric items and feel electricity in the air before and during thunderstorms (I get covered in goose bumps and get itchy) I can't wear watches as they stop once on me for a bit, and if my blood touches soil/plants they die or if a drop gets on a candle it wont light. Both electrical streams and fire react to me and radios get "fuzzy" when I get too close. I always have an unsettling dream before someone I know dies, and I shouldn't have been surprised at the news of my Uncle's sudden death today and I had "one of those" dreams last night.
I also seem to draw animals, especially ones that need a loving place to spend their last few years. Every dog and cat in our neighborhood up and moved into my house as I was growing up and lived out their last years with me. After a while everyone just accepted it (even my mildly annoyed parents). Insects don't sting our bite me and I often rescue hornet and bee hives when people need them removed. I handle the insects themselves as well, you would be amazed how careful a hornet can be when licking syrup from a kind human hand.
Its wonderful and fascinating to see I'm not the only "odd one" out there.

everytime i would look at the time it would be 1:11, 2:11, 6:11 and so on. At first i was a little worried so i did some research to see what it means. i found so very interesting facts about it, then when i found out that i wasnt the only who so it, i was stoked.
I tried to tell a couple of my closest friends, but they just laughed and said i was mad. then it got even worse. it appeared everywhere i looked but only when i wasnt completely thinking about it. i would simply glance out the window in the car at a licence plate and it have the number 11 in it, i would look at a house number and it would be number 11. on average, i see it about 6-7 times a day, everyday.
Most recently tho, ive seen other numbers such as 22 and 33 appear, so far only on a digital clock. what these number mean i dont know.
Since im only 16, i believe i have many more years ahead of me of seeing these numbers.
if anyone has any idea what they could possibly mean, please, tell me

I think that is the common response from people who have never had something like that happen to them. Very hard to understand.
I don't know much about the numbers 22 or 33. There are a couple interesting things that may or may not mean anything.
*The Hebrew alphabet, also known as the Jewish script, has 22 letters. It is often referred to as the building blocks of creation.
In regards to the number 33 there are some interesting things on Wikipedia:
*The number 33 was discovered to lead to the essential meaning of life (the Bible) in Dan Brown's 2009 novel "The Lost Symbol".
*The number 33 is pretty significant in mathematics and religion according to the Wikipedia article.

For me it started about 5 years ago checking the time at 9:11 and 11:11 and remained the same until maybe 2 years ago then it was 11 past any hour but not all the time. It gets a bit scary sometimes, just yesterday I was watching the NASCAR series in the united states when car number 83 (8+3=11) lost control on turn number 11, I thought ok bit weird, I probably could of predicted that haha, but then in the following lap car numbers 56 (5+6=11) and 11 crashed on the exact same corner, that's when I googled why do I keep seeing the number 11, I found this forum but didn't get the chance to join because my other half came inside to tell me to listen to a specific radio station which was discussing this phenomenon about the number 11 and they think it's to do with steering people through life in the right direction, I personally don't know what to believe, but when that was over, I sat back down on the couch watching NASCAR again and as soon as I sat down car number 74 (7+4=11) crashed.. I always see 11's..

I missed those, but I did a quick search after reading your post and learned that Truex 56 (5+6=11) crashed on turn 11 this year (2011) for the second straight year at Infineon. Hamlin (#11) was involved in this year's crash in turn 11 and also involved in another crash with Truex last year at Infineon on the front stretch after lap 66. If I were those two I think I would stay clear of each other for at least the rest of 2011. Lol.

This whole 11 thing has been happening to me for about 6 to 7 months now. I started noticing the number 11 popping up everywhere mostly on digital clocks. I wrote it off as a weird coincidence but then it wouldn't stop and started to scare me. Too me it kind of felt like a warning or something but I didn't know what for. I told my friend about it and she told me it was lucky to see 11:11 and to make a wish? I don't know if anyone else has heard that. So every time I saw it I'd wish for some thing.. lol. After a while I continued to see it and then it stopped. A couple nights ago I was laying in bed watching tv I glanced at the clock on the tv then glanced down to my stereo, the time wasn't set on my stereo but it said 1:11. I laughed and walked into the kitchen to make something to eat, I glanced at the clock on the stove which was set ( didn't say anything regarding 11 ) then I looked over at the coffee maker which wasn't set and it then said 11:11. So that night it kind of creeped me out I then said thats enough I wanna see if theres anything on the computer that I could look up to tell me what this means and I found myself not being the only person having this problem.. Its odd and sometimes scarey but cool. I really wanna know what this 11:11 thing is trying to tell me.

I have had plenty of experiences with the number 11. I wanted to find out more so I googled "11" and up came the wickapedia and I'm a believer in god and all things biblical. And on the wikapedia page there is a religious link for the number 11. I clicked on it and it says acts 2-14 and when I looked it up in my bible it was like a explanation of what to expect. People might not see it as I do but like I said I'm a believer in signs and all things holy. I think the world is coming to an end. I also think it will start this year not next. I don't believe the world could end in one day. It will be the beginning of the end this year. I do believe that. What does everybody else think?? Sorry to anyone who I might offend..

You could be right! I've been experiencing the 11 phenom for a long time. I saw 11 minutes after the hour 6 times yesterday. It may be the 11th hour for us on Earth, I dont know. I've always encouraged people to talk more about the subject because it migth be possible to make something of it. Over the past year and a half I've seen 11 past the hour so many times I'm sure it's a sign...but of what?

Well my birth day is 1/11/83, I've seen 11:11 everyday sense 2000, my numerology is 11, plus my lil sister was born 1 year 1 month and 1 day apart. Lol! When I seen that number for a week back in 2000 I knew something had to b up with this number.

About a year and a half ago, I started having this strange occurrence, where I would look at the clock and it would be 11 after the hour. It was more frequent with seeing 9:11 and then gradually started to be all different hours throughout the day. Most of the time I would not even think about and still manage to look at the clock at 11 after. I started thinking that it had something to do with the 9/11 attacks and there might be something else coming. So I guess I thought it was some type of message I was suppose to figure out but that has not happened. I even started using the different times as lottery numbers but that did not work. It has gotten to the point where I will see 111 on a license plate or something to do with 11 on a sign or tv and it has become more frequent, that I look at the clock at 11 after, especially seeing 9:11 and 11:11. I still do not know what to make of it but it has become very annoying to me. Some guideance as to what it all means would be helpful.

Kirikmoreau is right. None of us really know what's truly happening but, it's real. My experience is the very same as yours, it all started 6 years ago for me with 9's & 11's and all the combinations leading to, around and from it and it's lead to more beside but nothing greater than what's been written about here or anywhere else on the net, globally. It appears we have all shared the very same awakening albeit with slight variations. My understanding has become clear in the last few weeks that I'll sum up in this very simple sentence..
.. after having read copious amounts about this wonderful phenomena; the only real connection to what feels like 'truth' is in the book of Revelations (all of it) heightened by verses 11:11 & 11:12. The entire bible satellites around this revelation and there's so much that's connected to the numbers we're seeing. I feel this is our gift of warning, the wake-up call to the 11th hour. Our last chance, so to speak, to get things right with God.
I have noticed a few similarities though with all who are experiencing this phenomena:-
1. All who are experiencing this are indeed very nice people with an inner being of warmth, love and care and sincerity and a sense of God in their hearts
2. The experience is uniting a large amount of people in almost a brother/sister bond, like it's bringing us together
3. God is at the heart of what we are all experiencing, what's of God is good.
4. Globally, the timing seems to be right that this is happening now, in relation to Revelations and to the global situation.
From my personal understanding we are being given our last chance to make things right with God, personally and globally. All my personal research on this and my gut feelings point to this. Which is good news, in the long term. This is our 11th hour, our last chance.
So, seb1971, don't worry too much, do not be afraid. Although we are all having our experience, albeit with slight variations, holistically we are all experiencing the same thing for the same reason. We wont know what that is for sure until the time is right for us all to know but, we all have our instinct telling us. Personally, the Holy Spirit is working within us. I do feel we must put ourselves right with God before that time arrives, before it's too late.
I found my inner peace with this once I realized and felt God's truth in Revelations and the experience is getting stronger week by week. It will be normal for you to want to do your own research and look for answers and you should. However, should you read more about the book of Revelations and study more on the Holy Spirit I'm sure you'll reach the same conclusions.

I notice the 11 thing alot. Well way to much. It started bout 3 years ago and it used to freak me out but now when I see 11 I think "this is what I am supposed to be doing". I see 11 everywhere and it is not just coincidence. I did keep a log of how many times I would see "11" but there were so many times it got to be scary, I just stopped keeping track. My work companions know and see it happening and do not know what to think. Computers boot up with "11:11" all the time for me. You see I repair donated computers for non profit companies. I get donated computers all the time. When I boot the damn things more often than not the computer would boot up with a ?:11 on it no matter what time it is. I would charge my car battery, when I needed the battery the charger was at 11.1 amps. I put the battery in the car, start it, the damn clock is 11:11! @!#@!! I biked home from work twice,one week. The 2 times I got home, 5:11 arrival. A 45 min bike ride and the 2 times I make it home, the time is 5:11 pm. 3 times that week (the days I did not bike to work), I drove through a intersection, near my house, the second timer on the crosswalk light hits 11 seconds.(our lights have a visible countdown meter that displays the seconds until the red comes on) WTF? I can see maybe my internal clock is timed for 11 min after the hour but the computer clock thing, the car clocks, my watches at home whatever. It just does not make sense. At the height of the 11 thing, I decide to check what songs in my mp3 list have songs with 11 on the end. 3 songs, and all are from black sabbath. "The mob rules", "kill in the spirit world' and "into the void". I go for beers with my pals, I am the 11th one to show up. So we are all having beers, ppl start to leave cause its late. out of 15 ppl I am the 11th one to get billed and I owe $36.11 WTF? When I walk into the lunch room (for whatever) to notice the timer hit 11 sec on the microwave timer when someone is using it. When I look at clocks now, I notice that the 11 second thing is now happening more than seeing 11 min. I just got my old car running again. I bought the thing 11 years ago. The damn clock is !#$%ing 11min slow and I cannot change the min only the hours. Lately it has been happening at a more rapid pace. Now when I watch a utube video, movie video, whatever I seem to be able to hit ?:11 whenever I try to put the slider ahead to quicken up the movie/video I am watching. That is freaky. I just want to quicken up the video and BAM it's at ?:11. I have tried to put this out of my mind but it won't go away. I have noticed a pattern and it may have something to do with quantum theory. It only happens when my mind is farthest away from THINKING about the number 11. When my mind is in that kind of state, POW I see the 11. It never happens when I think about it. Only when my mind is well, calm. Free of emotion or something. It never happens when I am mad or unhappy. Never when things are happening fast. One theory I have going is that when it happens, it may be a sign that I am doing what I am supposed to be. Like a signal that I am on the right track or a predetermined track. Either way, I am glad it is happening to more ppl other than just me. It is a sign that all is not what it seems. There is more to life than a box with flickering pictures telling you what to think and do. More to life than a book of fiction with loopholes, paradox's and undeniable falsehoods. This is proof that we are all connected and not in a way that we think. We need to have a open mind and open heart to understand what this means. More importantly we need to have a mind free of the things that keep us down and compliant. This is either a sign (from something with more knowledge than us), a product of evolution, a mutation caused by pollutants or even man made substances that were put into the food chain. Either way, it is real. And it is happening to me more often. I feel better just knowing I am not crazy or I am "the one". Ya know, like all those action movies that we like so much.
I am anxious to find out what this means.

Welcome to the site.
I agree with you, 'It is a sign that all is not what it seems'. Whatever it means it is keeping us awake to an event of some kind, whatever our individual beliefs. There have been many theories as to what that event might be and I have my own but, sadly, no-one truly knows yet. All the numbers are there though, (9's, 11's, 22's etc) especially 11 of course which seems to be the only solid consistency in our experiences as individuals of which is drawing us together as 1.
We do need to stay awake to what's happening and to question all theories for sure. I can't help but wonder what the common denominator is with each of us to have this experience over those who don't. What makes us so susceptible to this level of awareness to a specific number/time line?
From what I've read and researched so far there are well over a million of us world wide and growing and I've noticed it's picking up speed and intensity, it's even becoming more and more public, t.v., movies, game shows, relevance with global events etc so I have a feeling it'll not be long before we all know and learn what it all means.
But no, you're not crazy, although it's easy to think it and hard not to sound it when talking about it to anyone and you're certainly not alone. :)

For the first time I have seen the 11 phenomenon mentioned by a major news organization. MSNBC has a story mentioning this in their story about the 11/11/11 date. While they try to blow it off as basically people's imaginations or some kind of subconscious wishful thinking, the important thing to me is that this worldwide phenomenon has now been recognized by a major news organization. I will debunk the story's conclusions below. Here is the link to the story:

I know it wouldn't be our modern day media if they weren't telling us what to believe; I just can't let them get away with their premade template for blowing things off. The main problem with the story's conclusion is that it assumes that everyone who experiences this is doing it because they heard about it from someone else. There are countless people out there who had this happen to them without ever hearing about it somewhere else, myself included. I am sure that there are some people who fall into the other category, but people know it is truly happening to them when it gets to the point where they become very annoyed by it or question their own sanity.
The story also does not address that this is, for the most part, a recent phenomenon. While there are people who claim to have had this happen for decades, it seems the majority have only started having this happen in that last 5 years or so on average. They also fail to address all the historical significance behind the number. This is not just an individual experience; World events are connected to the number 11. Those things can be blown off as incredible coincidences, but all the individual experiences bring this to a level where coincidence goes beyond mathematical possibility.
There are also individual experiences that make this even more mathematically impossible. I know myself and some others have a tendency to look at the clock just a split second before 11 turns to 12. Others have their own twists that make this incredibly unlikely to happen so frequently, much less be a part of something that is happening to countless other people worldwide. I believe the subconscious is very powerful, but if so many people are able to hone in on this number while distracted by a million things then we should all be rich. We should able to do far more than we do with things we are actually wanting our subconscious minds to do. So that is a quick explanation for the naysayers. But they will always be there. There will always be people who try to tell you that day is night and up is down... We know something big is happening. Despite their skepticism, they are actually confirming that it is happening.

I couldn't agree more with you and substantiate what you have said. I also am one for who this was happening to about 6 years ago, who questioned my own sanity and thought I was alone with this experience until through frustration I searched the net only to be blown away by so many people with exact experiences. I am of sound, stable and balanced mind and I question everything but, without question, this is real and is happening without doubt. I have a gut feeling that 'msnbc' will be reporting a different story in the not too distant future and, I agree with you, "Despite their skepticism, they are actually confirming that it is happening"; it's picking up pace.
Just a thought but, there seems to be a distinct difference between the people experiencing the 11 phenomenon and those who don't. I Can't quite express it properly in words just now but, it does feel like we, who are experiencing this, 'are' chosen because of the nature of who we are. Hope that makes sense.

After having time to read properly the report Natalie Wolchover wrote on 'MSNBC' (referenced by Administrator Gene) there are a few discrepancies in Natalie's report. In it she began by saying -
"In medieval times, numerologists — those who searched for the mystical significance of numbers — believed all numbers had both positive and negative aspects … except for 11. In the words of the 16th century scholar Petrus Bungus, 11 "has no connection with divine things, no ladder reaching up to things above, nor any merit." Stuck between the divine numbers 10 and 12, 11 was pure evil, and represented sinners."
Lets suppose she's right, the number being the only number of exception makes it a special number in it self, why would 11 have an exclusion to the other numbers? Why single out this number? Natalie also mentions, "11 has no divine connection, no ladder reaching up to things or any merit' but at the same time says "Stuck between the divine numbers 10 and 12, 11 was pure evil, and represented sinners." The bible teaches us of the countless sinners Christ walked with, loved and saved. Christ is all about saving the sinners, walking with the sinners, he died on the cross for the sake of sin and sinners. It's not just the number 11, 9 is also playing a significant role.
She goes on to say -
"That doesn't bode well for Nov. 11, 2011, the date when three 11s will align for the first time in a century. A new horror film, "11/11/11," has even been made for the occasion, and it plays on (or perhaps plays up) people's fear of coincidences surrounding the number. The date 11/11/11 is only a period of time, that I feel, 'could' be being used to help serve the purpose of heightening peoples awareness, almost like using a metaphor to heighten the meaning of communication. Being made aware of just the number without something to substantiate or heighten it could be easily ignored or brushed aside. Using this date and time serves to emphasize awareness.
Film makers will make films about anything that makes money and entertains and horror films based on fact, or part fact, usually do well at the box office and make for popular viewing and a sure bet for making profit. There are a number of films that are similar like 'Numbers' staring Nicolas Cage. This film was made aware to me personally even before it's trailer release. Now, I know this will sound unbelievable but, with witnesses, I foresaw the trailer of this movie weeks before its release. Prior to that I was lead to 'Premonition' with Sandra Bullock and a couple others on similar lines that, combined, communicated a specific message to me personally that relate to my experiences of the phenomenon, however, that's another story that I'll be happy to share at a later date, in the meantime...

Evidence of our experiences being recognized as widely reported, not only are we not alone in this experience but the numbers are growing. I don't say this to side against Natalie but as a wow! This is bigger than we think! :/ I'm aware the figures are in the early millions but perhaps there's a lot more out there yet to come forward to a forum like this one.
She then says -
"On the flip side, some modern-day numerologists have deemed 11/11/11 auspicious, and according to local news sources around the country, an unusual number of couples have planned to marry on the day. The number 11 is also a favorite of gamblers — particularly blackjack and Keno players. So, amid all these alternative perspectives, what's the real deal about repeating 11s? Is there anything special about the numbers lining up? No"
She says "no" but if she takes a more detailed look at the forum sites and reads peoples genuine experiences of the phenomenon and takes into account the "unusual" number of people getting married on this date, that is recorded by news souses around the country, (another emphasis for awareness), how could she say 'no' so out-right without knowing the full truth yet? Even we don't know what the truth really is at this time and we're the ones experiencing this phenomenon? And, it's special enough for so many people around the globe to experiencing the same thing isn't it?
Natalie continues by saying -
"With regards to the 11:11 phenomenon, rather than being a supernatural warning sign, psychologists say it is a classic case of "apophenia," or the human tendency to find meaning or patterns in randomly occurring data. This condition feeds on itself, because the more conscious you are of something — such as repeating 11s — the more often you'll notice it in the world around you, and thus the more certain you'll become that the pattern is real."
This is a plausible explanation, we could be apophectics, however, this doesn't explain the details of all the accounts of peoples experiences recorded on the forums most starting, on average, 5 to 6 years ago, as Gene explained in her last post.
It's not just 11's and there is a sort of randomness in the patterns according to the individual's accounts and yet a unity in the phenomenon holistically. It's also humanistic to want to find a logic explanation to a phenomenon like this, especially among skeptics who need to rationalize.
She adds -
"In online forums about the 11:11 phenomenon, people often say they didn't notice how many 11s appeared to them until hearing about the phenomenon from someone else. This is a tell-tale sign of apophenia: When they found out about the phenomenon, they subconsciously started keeping track of all the 11s they saw, with each new sighting seeming more significant than the last."
This is not my experience, nor my experience of reading members accounts. In most cases member have reported that they thought they were 'alone' in experiencing the numbers and I'd like to bet they have also experienced other events that they haven't dared to express or found too complicated to write about or haven't dared to in fear of reprisals or being branded crazy. I have personally had other events take place that coincide with my 9's and 11's such as dreams, premonitions, de-ja-vou's etc. Many of us also, at some point, have tried to brush the experience away and tried to ignore it because it can be frustrating and annoying, sometimes scary but, the numbers appear elsewhere and/or in other forms and patterns and randomness.
She then says -
"Just as there is nothing to fear about 11/11/11, there is no reason to be optimistic about the date, either.
According to Alan Lenzi, professor of religious studies at University of the Pacific who studies biblical numerology, seeking meaning in numbers is a natural human tendency. Aren't these 'professors' of religious studies at University of the Pacific who studies biblical numerology, seeking a meaning in numbers for themselves too however, but in an enforced method still driven to find meaning? They are searching the meanings enforceabley or voluntarily as the Cognitive scientists have demonstrated? We are too but from real experiences. :/
And finally Natalie says -
In most situations, this cognitive wiring helps us: It enables us to pick important information out of a background of random noise. But sometimes we overdo it by finding patterns where they aren't — from faces seen in the clouds to numerical coincidences. She could be right, I'm still open hearted on this even though my experiences are as they are and feel very real to me, through no auto-suggestion or wild fantasy thinking, I was alone when this started and I'm self aware of who I am and what my mind does. I'm aware of Cognitive behavior patters, self awareness etc. I, like many others, have a gut feeling about this phenomenon, a real, deep down gut feeling that whatever it is, is real.
Scientists are often wrong and are often proven wrong. We could be wrong. But, something about all this is telling me that there is meaning behind our experiences and I don't believe in coincidences and nor should scientists, truth be known. I can't even say I want it to be either true or false but, This is too big to be a mere coincidence or superstition and I'm not superstitious either. The number 13 has never bothered be nor has any specific date. It's not just didgets on a digital clock, it's til receipts, it's events, accidents at sports venues. For me it's 9's and 11's in any configuration 1:9:1, 11:9, 9:11, 119, 911, 191, numbers that add up to 9 and/or 11. It's not just digits on a digital clock, it's on analogue clocks and other non-digital items but the digits on a clock are the most heightened because they are most easily recognized. How can I be suddenly draw to a house numbers I have never seen before, in a town I only ever visited that once, on licence plates of a cars I've never seen before etc etc?
Like I said, I'm not pulling against Natalie, just searching for the truth.

Well, it happened again. And it was not subtle. I kinda half knew that something would happen today and it did. We decided to watch a movie around 9pm. It was Star Trek the motion picture. I had a fleeting thought that it would be over like right at 11:11 pm but quickly dismissed it. I mean, it never happens when I think about the phenomenon. Nothing happened earlier that day at 11:11 am. I remember thinking after 11:11 am that there would be one more chance for the universe to show me something and it would be 11:11 pm. But I figured nothing would happen cause I was thinking about it. Anyway, it was a long day for me. The kids really wanted to watch the movie so I put it on. About halfway through the movie I knew I was not going to make it. The eyelids were getting heavy. I was just falling asleep when the movie froze and shut off. I knew right away what was going to happen. I was going to see 11:11pm on the computer. I woke up to see that the movie froze at 11:10. A minute before 11:11 I thought? I got up and just looked at the time. It only took around 10 seconds or so then it was 11:11. Wow. There it was. 11:11. Right from almost sleeping to yet another example of the 11 thing. You see my server is hooked up to the lcd projector for some hd movie action. I figure that one of my downloads completed and somehow froze the dvd player. That never happened before. The odds of the download completing just before 11:11, freezing my dvd player, and waking me up for me to see it are kinda high me thinks.

That is a great post and great job breaking down the MSNBC article. For the benefit of anyone finding the forum that have not experienced this I would like them to understand that this is not just an increased awareness of the number 11 and other numbers. It is an experience that happens at a rate that is far beyond mathematically probability. From my own experience and that of others who speak on this we would be more likely to hit the lottery numerous times than some of the ways this number has presented itself to us. It goes in streaks and hits in various ways at an incredible rate and usually starts happening when your mind is farthest from it. The "coincidences" in my life are beyond anything I can conceive of happening by chance. Add that to all the other people experiencing it and it takes on a whole different dimension. This is not just a belief in the importance of numbers in the world, but an actual experience happening to countless people. An experience that I think most of us eventually come to believe is no less than a sign from above.

I know the feeling. If those kinds of things did not happen so often we could write them off to coincidence. Yesterday was a quiet day for me, but the number did get my attention very quickly. A phone call woke me up at 11 after the hour. Then a few minutes later I glanced at a vcr that gets moved a lot and is often on the wrong time. I never even glance at it casually for the time because where it is on the floor in the bedroom it is very hard to see. I sat on the edge of the bed and something made me lean down to look at it. Didn't have my glasses on and I had to lean way over to see it because of where it was. The clock read 1:11. It was many hours and minutes off the actual time. Given that it was 11/11/11 and everything else it was enough of a reminder for me. Turned out to be a quiet day, but that is the way this thing works. Just when you think maybe it has passed it will come back with a vengeance.

I agree 100%. To use a metaphor, the awakening we are experiencing is like that of a 'ring of the phone'. I believe that, one day, either we'll get the message and understand or we'll learn how to pick up the receiver to take the call. This is certainly about more than numbers.
My feelings are the same, our experiences are not just about the numbers and perhaps also in the early stages, evident by the fact that they are getting stronger.
It's odd how our experiences are more often, more pronounced and grow stronger and deeper when we're least thinking about it. Saying that, I actually caught myself mid experience yesterday (12th), half knowing that I was aware that I was about to be drawn to look at the clock, it's so complicated to explain I haven't yet worked out how to express it in words.
It would be interesting to set a servery to learn what we all have in common in respect of who we are, our beliefs and other experiences besides the ones we're having now. I'm wondering if the kind of person we are deep down has any baring on our experiences. In other words, why us?

I have a feeling this may be a tricky topic to approach, epsecially with the sceptics of our experiences but, has anyone noticed anything else unusual in their every-day lives? I would like to ask all members if they are now, or at any time, starting to 'hear' the numbers audibly in any way or experiencing any changes occuring, perhaps subtle changes. Perhaps changes in self beliefs, spiritual beliefs, religious beliefs or changes in their experiences with the numbers? etc.
My experiences of the phenomenon are beginning to shift slightly. Apart from the numbers becoming more pronounced and more frequent, other events are now starting to emerge and I'm trying to understand whether it's just me that's becoming more sensitive or more awake to the phenomenon or perhaps paranoid due to the lack of understanding.
I would also like to ask as to what extent this experience has had or is having on your lives.

I haven't had anything that I would call audible in my experiences. Sometimes the numbers do seem to pull me in for a second before I consciously realize I'm looking at the clock or whatever it is. There is a weird feeling or energy that I can't really describe.
These experiences have given me some comfort in knowing there is something bigger out there than ourselves and that there may be a reward for our trials and patience. They have given me a heightened awareness of events that are happening in the world and possible events that are to come. I can see how many things are or could become tied in together. I think the timing of this and other phenomena along with the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy have strengthened my belief that these next couple years will likely bring in the end of of the world as we know it and the beginning of something we can't yet fully understand. Time and world events seem to be speeding up.

I agree that it would be interesting to see what people experiencing this may have in common. Perhaps at some point when we have a large enough amount of people willing to participate for an adequate sampling we could do something like that. So far from what I have read of people experiencing this there seems to be a broad range of backgrounds involved.
I do agree that there may have something to do with who we are deep down. That is something that could be hard to measure though. For example, most people will call themselves compassionate or caring even though we can plainly see that many people today seem to lack those qualities. I do get a sense that there is something like that within us that may have given us this increased awareness or experience. I do not believe the number 11 phenomenon is random.
I also think something that would be hard to measure would be things along religious lines. That is because it is possible that some people may be given this experience so they will draw on it at a future date and come to realize there was something bigger at work all this time. In other words, we may be called by the same God, but some could still seemingly be on a different path at the present moment. Some people who experience this are skeptical of their own experience. They try to write it off or fail to look at a possible bigger picture. For those who do not have an awareness that the world is headed for something beyond the mundane experiences of our daily lives there may be an aha moment in the future.

I came upon your site a year ago when I was looking for answers as to why I kept seeing the number 11. It has been happening for a couple of years now. I first kept seeing, on my clock, the time 11:11. It was happening 5-6 times a week and it got my attention. Every since this I have seen the times on my clock, my cell phone and other clocks the different times of 1:11, 3:11, 4:11, 7:11 etc. Because I am so used to this happening, I just say oh well here we go again. I do have 11 dogs now and it seems that 11 has become the primary number in my life. I walked into my principals office, where I teach, and his clock was stuck on 4:11. I got my hair cut last month and the lady who cuts it told me the lengths so I could tell her next time. She said the bottom layer is 11 and the top is 11. I really felt that something was going to happen in 2011. So sadly, My dad passed away in July 2011 and it made me wonder if all the 11's I have been seeing was a prediction to this, but I am continuing to see 4:11, 7:11 etc again. I feel that it isn't something that is negative and I only see the numbers when I am not thinking about it and just glance at the clock or my odometer or other places where numbers may lie. I feel that this isn't something that is happening by chance, but that there is meaning behind these numbers and that because many people are seeing these same numbers that something is happening that has meaning for all of us. I don't understand it and I have asked for clarification within myself, but there is nothing. It was good to find that others are going through this same experience and maybe we can help each other to understand what is happening.

Welcome to 11Phenomenon. So sorry to here of your father's passing.
I've search and search the net for answers only to find that, for now at least, it's still a huge mystery to us all at the moment as to why this is happening. There are a vast array of theories on the www; many negative. Truth is, no-one knows as yet, perhaps were not meant to until the time is right but, for now, we are simply being made aware (awoken). As Gene said, there could well be an 'ah ha! moment' that may connect all the events, globally and individually. Although the experiences, alongside global events, holistically, point toward negativity; I'm not totally convinced. I do feel that there is a positiveness at the foundations of all this.
Acceptance is the route I've chosen to take personally. If there is nothing I can do about something, then nothing is what I will do. All the theories and stories my mind creates that consist of fear, worry etc are merely untruths until the truth is revealed. However, staying alert (and positive) is important and the more we can help each other to understand and live with what is happening, the better.
The more that people who are experiencing the number 11 join the site and share their stories, the more we may learn and understand.

Thank you for your kind words about my dad. I miss him terribly and feel so alone in the world without him. He was certainly one of my best friends. He was so interested in why I kept seeing the number 11 and did his own research into this number. He was a good man. I also feel it is something positive, seeing the number 11, and it is almost like a friend that greets me everyday. I hope someday we will know what it is about and hope it is something that will better the world we live in. It seems that people start noticing the number by way of digital clocks and then it expands out into other areas. It would be nice to know what we all have in common and why we are the ones that see this number. I have just accepted it as part of my life right now and hope for some truths later as time passes by.

What I felt whilst reading your reply is what I feel that is within this 11 phenomenon experience and, what I feel deeply, is the common denominator that links and is linking us all. That being a 'bond', a bond that is growing daily and is uniting those of us who are experiencing this. I believe that what is happening is for the greater good. The way we have all become aware (or are being made aware) appears to be through the same pattern in general, from which it then expands in pretty much the same way and leads us to a site like this of Genes'. We are all being made aware of something by the way of digital means in this digital age, my hopes are the same as yours in that one day we will know, (that's if we don't already know sub-consciously or deep down) and I hope too that it's for the better world that, I think, most of the world craves. Hey everyone. Has been happening to me as long as I can remember. Thought it was part of OCD, but apparently not so much. I really want to talk about all the details, but I feel that the messages are very personal and to be treasured. I would talk about it if it was face to face, though. I am just a bit nervous shall we say about posting this stuff online. I'm sure people are watching.
Let me say that I was born in the early 90's, so maybe that explains why it's been happening for as long as i can remember. I was very young when 9/11 happened. :'( I get scared when I see that time specifically as a prompt. Very eerie. Many things in my life add up to eleven or factors of eleven. So scary, but I don't know if it's a bad or good type of scary. I would lean towards good, actually. Just have a feeling we are all meant to do great things. Leaders, maybe?? Or to spread a message of peace? Something along those lines??? Past couple years have been a crazy transitional period for me. So many changes! I thought they were just normal since I am young, but something inside me feels like it is 'awakening' it is so hard to explain. Only those who have it happen to them can understand the feeling I think. The rest will think that we are crazy. If it were just me or only a couple people, maybe. But not with this many. I am sure some of them aren't genuine (a few crazy followers), BUT I have a hunch that the vast majority of us are telling the truth. These are not coincidences. I believe god is sending us all a message. Perhaps our angels, too? :)
I wish we could all chat in person. Though in a way, I feel that we (those of us experiencing this) are all very connected as it is. A very special connection. I understand how you may feel about sharing your experiences. Like you, I believe that for most of us, the experiences are as much personal as they are global and, through my own experiences, I understand that there will be many personal events that will be linked to this phenomenon. Although the phenomenon appears to have it's simplicity it also holds a deep level of complexity that makes it very difficult to explain in writing how and why it is happening to us individually.
Normally I don't have difficulty in writing about things as writing is something I enjoy but; when it comes to writing about this it's got to be one of the hardest things I've done because of the level of personal and very private connections in my life to these experiences, some of which, from years back with hindsight.
I believe that what we're all experiencing is as much personal as global, which makes me believe that there could only be one cause. Gods cause. It's that cause alone that helps to remove most of the fear within me but, not the fear of Gods wrath. Although a level of acceptance has been reached I still hold that fear, deep down, so I personally relate to your fear 11Clouds and I'm certain that most of us here would feel some fear to some extent. However, I really do believe that acceptance of this phenomenon is important. At the moment, none of us can do anything so we should do nothing as yet except staying awake to the signs, remain alert, sharing and connecting our experiences with others. The reason I say this is because I personally believe that what is happening is a forewarning from God. Everything that is happening globally fits in with the promises made to us through his word and things are speeding up so I believe we are getting closer by the day. I sense that the biggest key to all of this is the uniting of so many people for the same cause so remaining connected is vital; although as to what level we each share of our personal experiences is down to the individual's comfort levels.
I'm betting there's not many of us who can explain clearly and precisely our personal experiences that don't make us sound weird so I can understand the frustration of not being able to express them in person, face to face. It would help release so much that is pent-up inside and perhaps, to some extent, help towards understanding our personal experiences and help towards acceptance. Our individual experience of this phenomenon goes very deep and personal; it's like an 'inner knowledge' we have but yet to understand. I have only a gut feeling, perhaps a fear, as to what this phenomenon is all about.
You're right 11Clods, I'm certain that only those who are experiencing this can understand and it's a wee bit scary putting our personal accounts on the net like this. I do feel though, that the more people who do, the more we will connect with each other and perhaps lead to understandings; something I do believe is important. I have a sense that the unity and bond that is being created through this phenomenon is a vital element and a wonderful thing and, perhaps, only a select number are chosen for very specific reasons, although there appears to be a vastly growing number of us, in proportion to global population, a small amount.

Anyone hearing buzzing in their ears? Has it ever stopped and came back or does it stay there? If you are also having this experience, why do you think it's happening? I don't understand as of yet. If it is an unrelated issue (i.e. no one else here is hearing what I am hearing), then maybe I should go to the doctor.

Could that be tinnitus? I've suffered from that for the past 15 years and it comes and goes in varying strengths

As Phoenix mentioned, it could be tinnitus. I believe there are a lot of possible causes for that. Many are not serious, although rarely it can signal something more serious. I believe that most people get occasional ringing in the ears. In most cases it goes away after a short period of time. If you are concerned it is something beyond normal and are able to see a doctor it wouldn't hurt. One less thing to worry about.
I have to mention that when I was thinking of a reply to your question I had a definite ringing in my left ear that I had not noticed earlier at all before then. Perhaps it was there before that and I didn't notice it. Probably simply a coincidence, lol, but with everything else going on I wouldn't discount it completely after that. Unless it happened regularly at specific times or something I wouldn't make much of it as some kind of phenomena though.

Welcome to the forum. I know what you are saying about it being like a friend that greets you everyday. It often happens to me at times that I am frustrated by things that I cannot really control. It often seems to be like an angel telling me that better days are coming. I know these things sound crazy to people who have not experienced all this with the number 11. Those people should keep in mind that most people who started experiencing this did not know such a thing even existed until it started happening to them at such an incredible rate. It is not like other phenomena such as UFOs or ghosts where everybody has heard of them. It is somewhat understandable how someone who has heard of something many times might wake from a dream or something and imagine something happened or saw something unusual and let their imaginations run wild. The 11 phenomenon is so unusual in this regard that it seems it would be hard to ignore even by people who do not experience it.That being said it is now happening to so many people there are no doubt a lot of people now hearing about it prior to experiencing it. Even those people will know when it happens in earnest that it is far beyond a heightened awareness of this phenomena.

As I have mentioned in other posts; due to the unusual nature of this and the fact that up till now most people never heard of such a phenomena until it happened to them it just cannot be explained away by insanity. If a million people saw a UFO tomorrow I could not chalk that up to insanity even if they were all nuts to begin with. Lol. They saw something. Since everyone has heard of UFOs since they were children that scenario would seem more likely to happen than for so many people to have this experience with the number 11.

I have heard this is way overdue to happen, although nobody seems to know for sure when. The protective magnetic field is weakening and that itself is not good news given NASA’s predictions of intense solar storms that could later this year and/or next year. These storms have the potential to devastate the power grid. A reversing of the magnetic field would leave us basically unprotected for a period of time. If it happened in the next couple of years we wouldn’t stand a chance. Even the reversing poles by themselves is a scary thought, although some scientists claim it isn’t a big deal. The ecosystem could be in trouble since a lot of life forms such as bees and birds use the magnetic fields to navigate. None of this sounds good to me.
In 1859 telegraph systems failed worldwide due to a large geomagnetic storm. Imagine what would happen if something like this occurred now considering our dependence on the power grid, satellites and the internet…

It’s this combination of number connections that are with me whenever I’m either doing the right thing or in the right place. It’s as thought whatever the situation I’m at or in is being enforced to my awareness so you posting that link is spot on.
As I read further on the words “ two brilliant beads of blinding white light appeared over the sunspots, intensified rapidly, and became kidney-shaped” made me think 2 as in two lines, forming the shape of 11 in my mind instead of the kidney shape described in the paragraph.
The words “On returning within 60 seconds,” this made the time 11.19 when he returned.
This association continues throughout the report.
Now as far as hearing things, in respect of 11clouds experiences, I’m not hearing sounds like that of a tinnitus nature but instead I’m hearing the number 11 in conversations with others who have no knowledge or connection with the phenomenon, even those I don’t know. I do sometimes get a loud ringing tone on the odd occasion but, I was told for many years that it was just because someone turned on their T.V. lol. Perhaps I’ll take a more notice of this in future and take notes, I’m ruling nothing out. In respect of the T.V I have noticed there are more programmes being made and aired that relate to Armageddon etc and even the latest one on the Mayan Apocalypse which neither rubbished nor exaggerated anything, unusually neutral. It’s not that long ago that programmes like this were made to belittle events like this, it’s as though the media is slowly becoming aware. I can almost sense an “ errm “ in the air of production.
All things considered; I can’t help but feel that the phenomenon ‘is’ like a friend, in a way, a friend who is with me 24/7, like an unspoken conversation, constantly trying to communicate with me and I’m constantly failing to understand or hear but I know they are there.

OK, here's my story. I'm César, from Sao Paulo Brasil.
First time the 11 "hit" me was on the 11th day after Christmas: 01/05/2012. I was minding my own business at the balcony and I noticed Pres. Obama was delivering a speech on CNN. And I noticed CNN was showing 11:10.
I already knew about the 11s in Obama, so I thought "no way!!!" and ran for my cell phone to shoot it - just in case he ended the speech at precisely 11:11. What happened?

From then on, the 11 started popping up everywhere. 11:11 in clocks, 11 here, 11 there. And I started "searching" for more elevens in my life.
And it came as a shocker. His a summary so this post won't be too extensive:
- Big things in my life happened at 11-related ages: 11) parents got divorced; 22) I graduated as an Engineer; 29) Moved from my hometown to Sao Paulo, first time alone; 33) started my own business; 38 (now) - my awareness.
- I was born in 06/12/1973, which sums up "29"
- I opened my second store last year. Due to several delays that costed me a lot of money, my store was finally ready only on 11/10/2011. So - somehow - I was "forced" to open it on 11.11.11.
- The store is located in a Shopping Mall in Sao Paulo. Store number? 2111
- On 01/19 (=11) I got home crazy for a free pizza with my coupons. Needed 12, right? There were only 11 coupons. So I called the place and asked for a pizza. Do you know how much did it cost? R$ 22.00 LOL
After that I started searching the internet for this 11 thing and eventually I found this forum.

Wow, I didn't realize there were so many 11's and such associated with that article. Great catch! The solar flare threat has been on my radar for a while which is why I posted the article. I saw a couple of the 11's in there, but missed most of those number associations you found. After seeing these connections the solar storm threat that is predicted to peak the end of this year or in 2013 is more of a concern than ever. This is already beginning to happen:

I do experience a lot of the repeating numbers. Mostly 33, 44, and 55... Repeating numbers seem to be very common with people who are having this experience.

Yes, I do think numbers are a universal language. The universe seems to be mathematical, right down to our DNA. I don't think we would be very far at all technologically without numbers. Science couldn't really exist. It seems the universe was created using numbers and basically boils down to numbers. Just makes these kinds of experiences people are having today all the more compelling.

Glad you found the forum. Thanks for posting the chart identifying days in 2012 that equal 11.
That Obama video is a great find. I also noticed that the number 10 (years) is there twice below the clock showing 11:11. Dropping the zeros this could be considered another 11. With everything else pointing to 11 in connection to the video I don't think this is a big stretch.
I love all the 11/11:11 connections you have experienced in your life. So many people are connected to this it is amazing. From daily experiences to major life events, it is impossible to ignore.

I guess we're all waiting for someone with the exact answer we can believe with references to confirm that, ” Enlevener’s,” have some special connection with intelligence. I never talk about my experiences for fear of being viewed as a nut case so this is a special forum to me and I'm sure it's special to readers also who share this 11 experience. Since all of our experiences are so familiar, it would be redundant for me to repeat similar experiences. OK, we're all seeing the number 11 frequently enough that we can't deny something is or someone is reaching out to us.
My purpose here is to offer possibilities as I continue to seriously put some dedicated time into researching this 11 experience for all of us. No one has offered anything concrete for explaining the "Why," in all of our lives as it's connected to the #11. It's all speculation so far from reading other posted messages here and the rest of the world is no help either or we would have Googled it a long time ago and from what I can see that's exactly how we all got here on this forum.
So let me at least offer my own speculative answer, a possibility for you to consider along with all the other members who've posted their experiences and explanations. My slant on our collective experiences is that we ARE connected, not only to each other but to a very little known thing that is best described as the "Universal Intelligence." Sorry but my reference for this is just like yours, we have none except for our personal experiences confirming we were a part of something much greater than ourselves. Some learned of this special connection at an early age, like me, and others may describe their awakening as recent but we've all been convinced it's real and it's driving us all to the brink of frenzied curiosity trying to figure it out for what it all means.
When I post another message here again, it will always be something to build on and hopefully we can all get some answers over time. I will add just one last suggestion for a possibility. If you do get any answers, it will a "Hiss," as in a snakes hiss. A very subtle and extremely gentle communication. It won't be dramatic and it won't be loud. It should be obvious by now what we're all experiencing is meant to be conveyed slowly over time and it's personal. "Personal," as in one on one with the greatest of all intelligence. It's being hissed forth to you and I echoing what we already know. This is the "Eleventh Hour," in time and truth whether you believe it or not rings out repeatedly over time.
When you get to the point of realizing the significance of the #11, you'll know exactly what it's all about the same time the rest of us do. We'll all say out loud, "Oh yeah, this is it, this is what the #11 means and it makes perfectly understandable sense!" And the mystery will end. My personal gut feeling is, if we knew what it was all about ahead of time and exactly what it means, we'd probably be shaking in our shoes in fear and that's why I think it's still a mystery. We can't handle the truth all at one time and neither can the rest of the world. Lastly, I’m convinced we all have a connection to each other and we need to figure exactly why and how.

Im agreeing with seymour here. We cant handle the truth of 11 at once. Its almost like a trial we are going through, none the less a learning experience.
Ive been seeing 11s since highschool. Again like everyone else, i felt weird when i started seeing them. I felt like i was thinking too much. Tried to ignore them but i couldnt. It was apart of me. Ive had PLENTY of experiences where i seem to get lucky. Ive had end over end vehicle roll over accidents recieving just a scratch, while my friends are in the hospital for months. Ive come inches from t boning people running red lights so many times. Even in school i got lucky. I was suppose to fail because i never went to class. But like my whole life, a series of odd chain events started that somehow put me in my place with no real effort on my behalf. I know its because of 11. I can feel it.
Ever since the 11s started with me, i feel like i am destined to do something and i have forces watching over me and guiding me to some degree.
A couple things i wanted to bring to attention. Is anyone here young but feel old? For ex: im 21 but feel like i have knowledge and old man should own. And i dont mean general knowledge. I mean the real truth behind everything... Also if you read this please do a numerology report. My destiny/path number is 11 and pretty much describes my life. I wanted to know if anyone else experiencing 11s have that path number, or if some of us do, or if all of us do. And please tell me if you are young and feel like a philosopher. I totally know how you feel. It's like, no matter what, the puzzle will always fit. I wish I had a friend outside the net to talk to about this stuff. :( I don't think any of my friends would understand. Probably would get weirded out. :-\ Plus, I don't want to scare anyone. It's so nice that we at least have here to meet and talk. Lately, I've been feeling so overwhelmingly exhausted. Yet, at the very same time, I am restless. I feel like there's so much to do but so little time to do it! What's even funnier, I don't even know what I'm supposed to do! There's so little I know, but then again, I feel like there's so much I do know! This paradox is so confusing to keep up with.
I'm not yet in college. I was born in the early 90's. I've felt old for most of my life. Never quite fit. Mostly quiet. Have so much going on in my head, though. Maybe if it was smaller, I would be able to enjoy things more.... instead of examining everything (whether I try to or not). It's like an instinct. I have to do it. HI everyone!!! This is not what I expected to find when I decided to google the #11!! I thought that maybe 11 was my lucky number!!
Anyhow...... my name is Naomi, I live in Portland, Oregon. US.
It started very slowly for me, maybe 5 years ago, I would glance at the clock and it would read 7:11, it would happen everyonce in a while, I was very amused and I would laugh and think 711 the convience store!! It kept happening, more and more always 7:11. Then about a year and a half ago I found out that a really good male friend of mine, (we have a very strange, but great relationship, and he is very important to me). His birthday is 7/11. Well, it happens vveerrryyyy frequently now, but it is all different times, not just 7:11, the middle of the night, first thing in the morning, ect.... (its happening alot)... which is what lead me to google the #11, and I found you guys!!!
I always feel happy when I see it, and lucky.

I too feel much older than my birth date would lead anyone to believe, I earned the nick name "Buddha" among my family at a very young age. During my teen years I greatly frustrated my close friends, to quote one: "Its like you've done all this before, you understand and have answers, which is both comforting and annoying sense your barely a year older than I am. You make me feel young and inaddiquit sometimes, and I can't even be upset by that, because its not your fault at all. Hell my parents ask your advice!"

I have been seeing the number 11 profusely since about 7 years ago. It started with at least 6 to 7 times a day when I would look at the clock it would be 11 after the hour. At first I just thought what a weird coincidence, but when it continued on a daily basis I started to feel that it was a message of some kind. The conclusion I drew was that God was telling me that this was my 11th hour and I better get my act together. My experiences ebbed and flowed, but over time have gotten stronger. Right before 11/11/11 I decided to look up the number 11 on line and was overwhelmed to find that this was so widespread. I learned at that time that multiples of 11 were also being seen. I had never noticed it but I see a lot of multiples also. Recently the occurences have become so frequent that I think it's weird when I don't see them. Has anyone else been experiencing an increase in occurences? If yes, what are your theories on why?

i also forgot to mention that it seems like a always manage to look at the clock when it is changing. and when it changes it adds up to 9 or 11 or it has 11 or 9 in it. ALSO! my friend who i was just talking about recently realized that i was born at 9:45 and he was born at 9:54. both of which add up to 9.
The number 9 from what I have been able to gather Biblically has a meaning of completeness/finality/judgment. "My wrath" has the numeric value of 9 if you add up the individual digits/numbers of the letters.
What do you think this means then?!

I am new to this.i started seeing the 11s about a month ago.Like most everyone else I also feel like god is calling on me to do something.My question is how do we find out what it is.At first I was scared cause a friend of mine told me she seen them then something bad would always happen.this has not been the case with me though.

I'm seeing it on digital clocks only and it's been going on since this year, which is the weirdest. I don't look for it, I constantly keep it out of my mind and everytime I look at the telephone in my office or the digital clock of the microwave oven, I JUST SEE 7:11, 8:11, 9:11, 13:11, 16:11... and even though I'm not freaking out or anything, I really think that there's something else with all these numbers and since I'm the most common human being, I cannot descifer what God is trying to tell me.
Just so you know my background I live in Canada since 2002, I was born and raised in Peru (south america) and I'm married to a moroccan.

Sometime in 2007, I noticed that I was seeing 9:11 and 11:11 on clocks. This happened so many times, it was beyond coincidence. Eventually, the hour didn't matter and it didn't have to be a clock. It was the number 11, pulling my attention to it. The counter on my dvd player, road signs, advertisements, my vehicle's odometer, someone's jersey number, address numbers and more.
I began to keep track of 11's on digital clocks. I estimate that 80% of the time I look, the minutes are 11. 10%, the minutes are 17. This almost always occurs when I didn't intend to check the time. The numbers seem to grab my vision. Often I see 11:11 or 11:17.
When this occurs, I get a feeling of peace. Sometimes when I have a positive thought, simultaneously or shortly after, I see an 11. This happens 5-12 times per day.
At the same time this phenomena began, I started practicing yoga and meditation. Since then, I have been simplifying my life and studying nature. I am fascinated by quantum mechanics and eastern philosophy.
It's difficult to explain this to people. I have told a few friends but they just think I am wierd. It's nice to know that there are others experiencing this and I look forward to connecting with other 11ers :)

I wanted to share some more expreiences with 11. So it all stared with finding 11 cents .
It's always a dime and penny together in random places. I dont find other coins? Then the 11's began appearing on digital clocks what i think is too often whatever time:11 The most frequent is 10:11. So with that said I was born on a 11th, my dad passed on the 11th. My parking space is 1311. My last flight i had seat 11 and 33. My gym number ends in 11. I valet parked the other day and the ticket stub ended in 11.
I stopped using a clock in my room a long time ago because im tired of seeing 11. But it still gets me on the microwave oven and stove. There is a strange story with this but i will share later. So beginning tomorrow i have to start using an alarm clock and i will not have the time facing my sight.
For some reason i had 5/11 in my head. So i woke up that morning and every muscle and joint was painful. iI thought i must be getting the flu. Stayed in bed all day. Woke up the next morning and i didn't have one single symptom? What's that all about?
One afternoon just watching TV and i thought wouldn't it be funny if i picked up my phone sitting next to me and the time was whatever 11. Picked it up and it was 2:11. How is that possible?
I bought some stae bingo cards. No 11's and only one 22? Just thought i would see if there is some luck attached with these numbers? Zero.

For me it started 2008 just before my mom had passed away. I started seeing the number 11 at least 10 to 15 times a day for a good year or more.I thiought that i was losing my mind because everywhere I went there it was not only in the 11 form ,but in differant numbers that added to 11. As the years have gone by its a everyday routine if the days are good i see it 5 to 10 times and if the days are not so good even more . I have tried unplugging my clock ,my cell phone ,but the it is on the tv sports station watching football, hockey, baseball number 11 scores touch down, number 11 hits home run, number 11 scores a goal or even in the games you here theres 11 seconds left in the game like wow there must be an answer for this. I am now getting use to this and am finally starting to smile at this because I think that we that see this are very special in this life and someone or something is trying to either tell us or warn us of whats to come. i've even check with Medjugorje and Fatama sites to see if there is a message but it only tells me the message is coming .These sites are very helpful and you should check it out.

such as 7:11 8:11 9:11,i have had a few very bad days when i see them in that frequency,but then
there are days and all turns out well.I do agree we who see this are marked somehow for what reason im not sure.When i first came on the board i had wrote a piece having to do with maybe the
rapture,but i did not want to get to much on the religion side of things.What ever this is i really can
not come up with one legitimate reason why this is happening it does become quite frustrating at times,well welcome to the board the more the better.

i have been seeing the number 11 just about every time i look at the clock (digital) and i don't look at the clock and see that it reads 9:10 and look again. i wouldn't be on here if that were the case. but it did BLOW me away that there is actually a forum on this. this started to happen to me quite a few months ago. but i did read another persons blog and his mother had passed away in 08 and my mother passed away in 08. but when this 11 thing really shook me up a bit is when i just woke up and rolled over and looked at the clock and it was 9:11. that was my first encounter with the whole thing. i was checking the clock and i began to see 9:11 at least ounce a day and there's only 2 of them a day. but after i awoke that morning and the clock read 9:11 that's when i started to log it. but after a week or so i stopped cause it was 5-6 times a day i was writing it down so i stopped. but it is nice to know that i am not the only person experiencing this. but it is definitely a little weird to me that out of the blue this started to happen to me. some one told me that it was just in my mind. but for me the event has to happen over and over again for me to actually notice it. thanks for reading any feed back would be nice.

My experiences are a mirror image of yours. They started out with 911 and have only increased from there. It is weird that I don't see 911 as much any more. Maybe 911 was the attention getter to get us started? It may be coincidence that I am a fire fighter EMT?

Starting around March 2009 I beagn seeing blood in my urine once a month always around the same time of the month shortly thereafter started to notice 911 on my clock and not being a morning person was being awakened from sound sleep at random times at 9:11 AM. I immediately felt it was a a sign from Above to get it checked out. Had a CAT scan showed nothing was told to get a cystoscopy to look at my bladder. Was to put off by the thought of having a camera filament slid down my urethra so I kept putting it off for the next several months. In the meantime blood in the urine continued to show up once a month always around the same time of the month. Continued to encounter 9:11 on clock, a cash register receipt , and after being the lone customer left at closing at a fruit and vegetable store I went up the register to have my purchases rung up and there it was in bright LED the total for the last customer's purchase was $9.11. Well it continued in such a way as to be too uncanny a coincidence. Long story short had the cystoscopy and it revealed bladder cancer! All is well for now except I started seeing 11:11 recently in uncanny ways. I don't feel worried when I do as I sense it is something spiritual and that if it means anything it will be revealed at a given time. So I will be patient and continue to go about my existence knowing I am more than flesh and bone and that something much larger than ourselves is observing us and patiently waiting for our acknowledgment . May that Observer bring those searching to Enlightenment .......

This was a quote from a report done on MSNBC, right? i think what they fail to mention is that, in those medieval times, ANYTHING that went against the church in any way was considered a sin, blasphemous and hearsay.
One thing i can say for certain is after reading so many posts that we all have a connection in some strange way..that we feel this is spiritual in nature, regardless of any ones belief system.
Back in the 16th century, you would be put to death for claiming anything spiritual other than the spiritual presence of God himself and whats been written in the bible and by whats been preached. So if you try and think in that frame of mind, that might be a way of saying, and with so much detail and emphasis presented just about 11 and its Evilness, That its the complete opposite of what he said. Like a message for the future peoples who wont be religiously persecuted for going against the church. Instead of saying theres no connection, its all evil and represents sinners...maybe he was trying to put so much emphasis so others, like him and his 11 connection, could see he meant the opposite.

One other thing i wanted to add, and i think all of you on this forum have noticed it. I have only been here two days...and ive immediately noticed t and this is what keeps me bound to this site and cause me to seek no other.
Over time, especially when it came to my blogs, ive tried to go to many sites and tried to ask for help or constructive criticism on some of the things ive experienced. Its not to do with 11 but lets just say, there were other events that have happened that would definitely label me as crazy. ive tried to explain them, sometimes in detail on other forums...for example, one is called Godlike Productions.
I saw all the diversity of ideas and i thought, with people coming up with some of the most farfetched things that could be conceived, the things i had to say shouldn't be so bad.
i was always met with scorn, ridicule, people would "quote" what i would say and raise there little emoticons that had a flag with BS written all over it. It kinda hurt...because i always approached other peoples posts and ideas with an open mind, but when i would post something, i was always always belittled and made fun of. Posts were made just about my posts, just to poke fun of it. These threads are long since deleted.
With this site, i have read nearly every post and every response thats in this forum. What truly blows me away, no one makes fun of anyone in here. No one tries to start and argument saying that their point of view is better and yours is crap.
Here...it feels like were all connected, like a brotherly/sisterly relationship. Where all ideas and events are embraced and not laughed at. Not one post on here have i seen ONE person...ONE post made by anyone that ridicules ideas. EVERYTHING is embraced...and should someone think you may be on the wrong track, they don't just try to preach their beliefs to you. Such as Mikehancho, people suggest things for you to read..and maybe you can end up educating yourself through some ideas or chain of events that led them to believe why its spiritual in nature to that person
Here...i feel at home. Here...i feel that i am safe. Everyone extends a hand and tries to help one another and thats seen in every post.
If were all trying to share info and ideas that shows a correlation...the one thing that kinda of draws us all together...I think what a lot of you should notice is that im sure most of you have read all of everything posted here as a whole. Maybe thats the first connection and thats why we see what we see...that deep down, in our hearts, we are truly good people with the best intentions of trying everyone to help understand whats going on, even if we still dont truly understand what all this is about.
I think the first thing we should all notice...and this is my personal opinion...that the one thing that draws us together is our willingness to help one another.
Maybe, one day...people like us will be needed to help the people out there...when a time comes when mass confusion or whatever event causes people to question what theyve believed all along. Its that goodness thats in our hearts, that desire to help and to do so by not mocking what you blieve...this could be one of the major reasons that we are all gathered here...in this forum. That extension of ones hand to another, and doing it with the utmost and our willingness to help others...its that goodness that could be the first thing we can all build on as we share this experience. We all understand the main message...to "love" one another and to be true to them...no hidden agendas...no deep down scorn or pretending to act like we care when deep down we dont. That doesn't happen here, that doesn't happen with us.
That should be the first thing we all should recognize and start with. Its the first step in the right direction...with all of us :D This might be why we've all gathered here or were drawn to this particular forum.

I agree there are a lot of great members on the site... Spammers and troublemakers are removed as soon as they are spotted. Different viewpoints and even naysayers are not a problem since most people on here are sincerely and objectively looking for answers. As long as the naysayers are respectful and can handle being hit back with other opinions/facts.
Some of the people you are talking about on other sites seem to be set in their ways. They have their minds made up what unexplained phenomenon they think are real and what aren't. People experiencing the 11 phenomenon are different because most never heard of this until it started happening to them. So the idea that this phenomenon is just a bunch of people thinking about it so much it somehow manifests itself does not hold water. I know myself it happens most when I'm not thinking about it. People who haven't experienced it will have a hard time even understanding it. Knowing this is happening keeps me interested in other things because one or more could possibly somehow be related. I have a healthy skepticism on most of them. But there is something going on here and there is an explanation that quite possibly will reveal more about our existence than anything ever has.

Hello. Well, I never thought I'd find myself on a forum like this but the number 11 is driving me crazy! It all started with my wife several years ago. For the longest time after her Grandfather died at the time 7:11 she would see that time randomly. It didn't matter where we were or if it was the morning or evening she would just say "My Grandfather is saying hello," and sure enough it would be 7:11 on the clock. I didn't believe this at first. I thought she was joking but over time It learned it was true. The time was always at that number. So as time has gone by now it is effecting me. I never purposely look at the clock and wait for 7:11 to appear. It's like out of nowhere I get an urge to check the time and when I do it is 7:11. Months ago my coworker was driving us to a job site. I was just looking out the passenger window at life going by and out of nowhere I felt as if a gentle hand was pushing my face in the direction of the trucks radio. When I looked at the time it was 7:11. Ok, now the weird part. I had a near death experience this last September. I woke up not feeling right. I had bad pains in my chest. My wife called 911. They showed up and took me to emergency. In emergency I passed out. I remember nothing during this time. When I woke many faces were looking at me. When I realized where I was they said your heart stopped for 33 seconds. You should be dead. We had to do cpr to bring you back. Most folks can die with 10 second pauses but I didn't. After this experience I have been seeing 11's all the time, but mainly only on digital clocks. It didn't matter if it was 4:11 in the afternoon or if I woke up from a dead sleep and the clock would say 2:11 am. The interesting thing for me is that I have NOT seen 11:11 yet. This is the only number. After viewing other's posts many say 11:11 is the mack daddy number. I don't know why I'm not seeing it, but at this point I'm just trying to find out what is going on with me. It's comforting knowing there is a forum, and that I'm not alone. I believe the 7:11 time is really a communication of a loved one, though I never met her Grandfather, I'm sure he knows how much I care about his Granddaughter (now my wife). Is it possible the other times are other communications? I was raised Christian, and though I haven't been the best member of the flock, my near death experience has brought me back closer to God. I wonder? Anybody have any thoughts for me? Oh ya, and this is interesting. I was just watching my college team the Gonzaga Bulldogs get beat, but out of nowhere I felt the need to look and the time in the last half and it said 7:11. It all started with me over 20 years ago, I don't wear a watch so I looked at the clock every now and then to check the time, it was constantly either 11.11 or 10.11 in other words it was nearly always 11 past the hour or 11 or 11.11. Then when I was driving something would turn my head and there would be bus stop 11 or number 11 prominently displayed on a building or signboard. Again I would be compelled to look down while driving at someone's number plate and there it was number 11 or 111 or 1111 in the number plate. This went on and on and on so much so that I told my daughter and then I would point it out to her when she was with me and it happened.
One day I was going to my singing lesson and on the way (40 minute drive) I experienced it so much that when I spoke to my singing teacher telling her what was happening, she went white, left the room and brought back her husband, she then said tell him what you just told me. When I embarrassingly told him, he said "you too" then I really got worried.
There was no Google back then so I did not know how to find out anything and you can't just ask people because they think you are going crazy.
I kept this to myself for all these years until last week when I told and old school friend who Googled it and that is how I found this site.
I have also had an experience of losing over 2 hours of my life which I have not looked into either. So I just go on with my life but now after reading some of these experiences at least I know it is not just me and there must be a reason but noone seems to really know what.
I look forward to one day finding out what is going on, and yes it does come and go and at the moment is is not as strong but then it pops it's head up again and away we go.

Hello all. Im new to all of this. For many months I've looked at the clock and sometimes it would be 11 min. past the hr. This became more and more frequent and it prompted me to look into what it meant. i chalked it up to spirits being present which I fully believed.
On April 4, 2014 my beloved grandmother passed peacefully with all of her loving family by her side (me included). She had some up's and down over the past four months, so at 93, this was not a surprise. The first week was very emotional for me. I had many buckets of tears over her passing. Since then EVERYTHING is 11. If it's not 11 min. past an hour then it adds up to 11. It feels quite special. I do not know if it's her. I do feel peace when I see it. My 11 yr. old daughter is a 'Rainbow child' and she too has been seeing 11 for quite some time....

My experience with the number 11 started about 2 months ago. At first, I began seeing the number 911 everywhere. I saw it in pictures, movies, clock, computer, cell phone, gas station etc. It got to the point where I could no longer consider it a coincidence. After sometime, I just started seeing the number 11, mostly the time being 11 minutes after the hour. I still see 911 more frequently than any other number coupled with 11, but 11 now its like some kind of sign. Im not religious and spiritually speaking, I'm not really sure if I even believe in anything like that, but this cannot be a coincidence and one thing I do believe in is that everything happens for a reason. I am almost certain it is some kind of sign! I was very surprised that there are many people who have this same experience and just like everyone else I really want to find out why we experience this!
Reading some of the posts here, I don't see to much negativity and I feel like I would connect with some of you really well!
As for myself, I believe that I am a good hearted person and I am considered friendly and amiable by others. I have good intentions, but I've always said and believed that I was "special" not to say that it makes me any better than anyone else and I also think many other people feel that way anyways. I just felt as if I was meant to do something "great", but at 25 still working part-time and being a single father I felt like my life isn't where I thought it would be. One thing that I have noticed though is everything always seems to work out well and fall into place for me, even when things don't seem that way. I recently applied for this full-time job and I feel though I might get it :) but if I don't get it I won't be to upset, because it was for a reason.
I've gotten some great stuff from this forum and has lead me to apply the laws of attraction and advice from Earl Nightingale to my life in an attempt to bring more success and happiness to my life and the lives of those around me.
I am also very big into personality types that are pertinent to the Myers-Briggs test. I will post a link to the most accurate Myers-Briggs test I have encountered yet! Everyone, and I mean everyone who takes this test is absolutely amazed at how well this describes their own personality. Perhaps we make have similar personality traits and that could possibly help us to understand why we all have the same experiences.

I have been seeing the number 11 for about 7 years now. It started with 9 with 11 then I noticed 11 was "following me", I would say. After a while I would verbally acknowledge 11 and started to annoy my husband and he would tease me about it. He now believes me, as he sees 11 too. It happens like most, on the clock, room numbers, license plates, purchase totals, and most of our special dates contain 11 or multiple of 11. I have always felt it a positive thing, but do wonder if there is a deeper meaning. That is why I am here, to see others experiences/thoughts.
I do have a question for you....lately, I have noticed there have been a couple days when I am a minute off the entire day....either a minute late or early. It hasnt happened very often but after years of seeing 11 after the hour, then having an entire day of being off by a minute is a little unsettling.

Well you nailed your post time 5:44:45 I look at the post times all the time that people post, because it appears when we post our 11's carry through when we are posting a point that has meaning to us. As for being a minute early or late days same has happened to me, It doesn't bother me really but after so many 11's in my life I stop to ask the clock literally I do this "Wierd why am I a minute off today" I've never seen anything bad come from it. The 11's can come and go, but lately I've been more on then off.

I'd like to respond to a couple of things. Merkavor mentioned being off and seeing 10 or 12 after.
First of all I think that when we see 10 or 12 after its almost the same thing as seeing 11 after. On a pretty regular basis I see 10 after and then I see 12 after next, and I mean two minutes later, so to me that's just another way for me to pick up the 11 after communication.
The second thing I found interesting in this weeks posts was how 11ers pick up the 11 after communication by means other than a clock. Scloud11 picked the winner of a horse race by connecting with the number it was wearing, 11 and with odds of 11:1. She knew in advance that this horse was going to win and it did! Then Lin wrote about how she got a listing from a real estate agent with the address 1111 Keyway Rd. I would have freaked out like Lin did too. I definitely picked up on Keyway, and yes I do interpret that message just as Lin did. In the past I wrote how I got a user name generated for me electronically and it was stevecasa11! I'm sure every 11er here has a similar story or stories.
I am a firm believer that some greater power is trying to communicate something to us. I think that this power is what created us all so there is no reason to fear anything. Something created us and every other living thing on this planet and other life forms elsewhere. I don't think that as underdeveloped as the human race is, that we have any real idea just how overwhelmingly powerful that Infinite Intelligence is. Our planet orbits the sun just so, to allow growth and maturity in an area of the Universe where there doesn't seem to be any other life forms. But most scientists will agree that other life forms must exist.
One way or another we are in the Universes house and we play by its rules. Try to sucker punch it or work against it and plan on being put in your place! Conversely, if you can unify or create a symbiotic relationship with the Universe then you become part of an invincible force. It's pretty easy to figure out how to behave and I'm going to be forward and say that this is one characteristic that all 11ers share. I have a feeling that somehow, in a way, we are all inherently good, and behave in such ways no matter what the circumstances.
In closing I again encourage others to post and post and post because I think with every post we get closer and closer to figuring this thing out. Smiles, 11erSteve

I see 11:11 twice daily. It's always a random occurrence. Sometimes I see 9:11, 1:11, 2:22, 12:34, 1:23...you get the idea.
My birthdate equals 11, my name is an 11, my height is 5'11, my shoe size is 11, my weight is 211lbs. 11 is very significant in my life.

As a "Newbie", I am writing this with feelings of nervousness and insecurity. My experiences in seeing the number 11 began about two years ago. I would awaken from a sound sleep to look at the clock and find each time that it was 11 minutes after the hour. This happened for several nights in a row, occurring several times through the night. I didn't think too much about it at the time, but now realize that those initial experiences triggered a heightened awareness of seeing the number 11. As time passed, I began finding myself being drawn to look at different clocks throughout the day, and each time, it would be 11 minutes after the hour. It didn't happen every hour, but frequently enough that I began to develop a bit of apprehension about it when it did happen. I went for several months keeping my experiences to myself, mainly out of fear that others would think I was losing my mind. After about 9 months, I decided to share my experiences and feelings about them with my husband. Fortunately, he didn't have me sent away for a mental/psychological evaluation, but did seem to think I was making something out of what he considered to be mere coincidences. I noticed that after I talked to him, the experiences seemed to stop for about a month. I began checking the clock on purpose, just to see if it was possibly 11 minutes after the hour. During that month long period, the entire situation seemed to cease. Finally, about a month later, I awoke at exactly 2:11, then 3:11, then 4:11, and then again at 5:11, all in the course of one morning. Needless to say, I was a bit freaked out. At that point, I began to wonder if there was some spiritual connection. Wondering that made me even more nervous, but it just seemed to keep popping up in my mind. I actually even wondered if one of my deceased family members was trying to send me a message, and perhaps I had upset them by sharing my experiences with my husband. Even as I just typed that, I realize how crazy it must sound. I am just so befuddled by it all. Since then, my sightings on clocks have continued on a fairly consistent basis, occurring at least twice a day and some days up to six or seven times a day.
I will say that finding this forum has given me at least some sense of well-being in realizing that I'm not alone in these experiences. I've shared some with a few of my close friends and other family members but none of them seem to know what to say in response. I just wish I could find a clear purpose for what's happening.

Hi I'm a new !! er. Started about a month and a half ago when I moved to my new place.
Seeing 1:11 11:11. 3 times a day at least and everyday. I don't know if you guys do this on purpose but I was even approved on this site at
11! Took a picture! I'm also finding feathers.
Was drawn to a book box I was unpacking called the Power of now by Eckhart Tolle.
I tried to stay away from these things because I had a major awakening when I was 16 years old and it landed me in the hospital because I was talking about things I had experienced and when I researched in books since we didn't have the internet then I found that my it was my chackra that I had seen open up and vibrate around the room and an energy form jump through me. It's a long complicated story that involves acid and angels but it's something I have hid for years. Anyway I don't know what is going on now with all these !!'s so I'm browsing for answers because I'm getting weird. Another weird thing that happened before the number 11 appeared was a month before moving into my new apartment, I put an ad on Craigslist to sell my Stairmaster and I live in a city of 1.6 million people. Who shows up at my door to buy it? My new landlord of the place I was moving to! Yikes.
Anyway, I'm here and looking for feedback, answers.

New years day 2011 I began seeing 11 constantly and realized there is something divine about it.

11-11-77. Our birthdays are 2 months apart.
I could go on and on about eleven in my life from the 11 point buck I killed while it was charging after me to looking at the clock every 12 hours and seeing 11:11
Something significant and spiritual always happens when my senses are heightened to it.
My life usually changes for the better.

I guess mine has been happening throughout my life but really putting it together over the past few years. First I was born on Jan 11, my Great grandmother died on my birthday, I was married on March 11 and divorced on my birthday Jan 11. My first husbands favorite # was 22 and I used the # 11 on my jersey when I participated sports. My second husband's birthday was in November the 11th month and our divorce was final on 11-11. The man I'm in a relationship now was also born on the 11th as was his sister and his nephew. I've been surrounded by the number 11 all my life without really looking for it.

I guess mine started at birth as I was born on January 1, making my birthday 1/1. I didn't really become aware of things until the last few years though. In not a "clock watcher" but I noticed every single time I would glance at the time it was either 1:11 or 11:11 and eventually it just got weird, so I started researching. Honestly, I initially thought I was cracking up. Then I started thinking back about events and things that have taken place in my life. A vast majority of things, such as email passwords and even the numbers on my jersey for softball growing up contained 11. I chalked it up to the 1/1 birthday, but when I started seeing it on clocks, and then other places such as receipt totals and car mileage, I knew coincidence was out the window. Believe me, I wasn't looking for it, and I still don't, but it seems to show up everywhere.

Before seeing 11's, I have already communicated with my spirit guides, through meditation in the last year or more so its not like they needed another reason to say something, lol. 11's or any master number appearing indicate our souls are on the right life path. 11's and other master numbers appear on my digital clocks, computer, microwave, smart phone. They even appear on paper, lottery numbers and store receipts. I have actually won the lottery this year 7 times so far, all $1 dollar winners, except 1 $2 dollar winner. Of these dollar wins, at least 4 of the winners have been the mega-powerball number of 1. I will see 22 and 33 also often and other combos. 1234321 pyramid numbers. Some time the numbers correspond with certain dates or events in the astrology or even a tarot card reading. If you know real astrology, you know ones birth chart is specific, no two are the same. Once you are experiencing 11 phenom, means your brain frequency (radio) is 'switched' on and 'tuned' into their channel (electromagnetic) through the third eye chakra, all of us humans (who are spirits having a human experience) have this ability, just a matter of unlocking. It has been fascinating work so far and I am now comfortable with my abilities. In the beginning of my awakening, 2.5 years ago, it was a bit scary of this unknown. I am protected by soul spirit, which is needed to keep the negative energy out of the experience once unlocking the frequency. The negative energy or spirit will and can attack so you must be on guard. A positive attitude can go a long way.

Yes I wasn't sure if the 7 and 11's were tied together or not. If I'm not seeing 11's I'm seeing 7's usually. My birth time was 1:17 am, and I just as often see 11 after or 17 after. Wasn't sure if it was just me. Also I live in apartment that is next door to 2 7/11's not just one. Also you know their saying oh thank heaven for 7/11. I often wonder if there is any truth to that, like 7/11 being tied to angels or heavenly creatures since that saying had to come from somewhere. (Besides it being a slogan for store chain.)

My frequency of seeing these repeating master numbers vary...but lately i have been seeing the obvious ones of 1:11 and 11:11, but ive also been a huge huge deal is 4444 444 555 5555, 4:44, 3:33 and 9999 (i see 222 on vehicles like firetrucks or freeway miles sings).
Its been getting very intense but ive convinced my self that some of these numbers are meant as a hand of support while im starting tio be able to kind of understand some deeper meanings on some numbers. Heres the craziest example i have for you guys
So lately ive been having these strong but foreboding gut feelings about someone i care deeply for, for the past few days, i haven't been able to get my ex-fiance Justine out of my head. Then a freind of mine sent me a message on November 11th (11-) at, i kid you not, 11:11.
The message said, do you have any idea what 1924 is all about? Ive been on the register and i got it 5 times in about an hour. Id have change to hand out that was 19.24 or items totalling 1924....
At the time, i was kind of clueless and i said, give me some time, ill keep an eye out and see if is trying to get some kind of message across (This is my freind Ange, who is also very spirtual, Wiccan to be precise.
So its still fresh in my mind but its midday of November 12 (My birthday, happy birthday to moi lol) and we have one last cold call to make before myself and my colleague headed to lunch. We were wrapping up a very brisk and cold blowy day in Youngstown, Ohio. As we walked into the doors, my colleague begins to talk to the receptionist so we can set up an appointment and my eyes are immediately drawn ot one name, i saw no others, and that name said Justine rm 1924!!
Now i know thats not my justine, shes in Spain. But despite our past, i still care and worry for her as she is now pregnant with her second child. She had an extremely difficult first pregnancy that nearly killed her...so you can see my worries right now about her. We used to talk on daily basis and i would try and help her feel better about her situation. I always loved to a smile on that girls face.....in such times of worry and woe for her, god....that smile would melt my heart as much as i knew it melted hers.
I havent heard from Justrie for nearly 3 months and ive really been on age. This would put her on the 5th month of her pregannacy, where she really starts to have problems.
Im just hoping and praying that its only the name of a hospital room shes in. I think of my loving spirits felt my cries for Justine...that feeling of being powerless because im in the USA and shes in Spain....she could be dying and i can do utterly NOTHINg to be there for her, to be in her corner and let her know shes not alone in this fight of hers.
I thihk someone heard that, checked on her but gave me that information....knowing that i wouldn't toss that number aside and disregard it. If you send me a numbered text message at 11:11 on November 11th.....three HAS to be someone trying to tell me something.
While this does give me a very small piece of mind, im still in the dark about a lot of this and that's what builds the anxiety. But also at the same time, by getting that message from an angel...not matter her situation is....i know shes in good hands
Oh and the address of the hotel i stayed in was 5555 and the number was ***-***-5555. On November 11th, i got the best spirtual assistance a person can appreciate from the material side of the world....but thats for a different post ;)

Before I retired I worked in the medical field. I was a dialysis technician in an outpatient facility. During the course of a patients treatment, the machine they are on has to be monitored. There are multiple screens of information and all involve numbers. I worked in this field 20 years, but only began seeing 11's about 8 years ago.
I would say to my co-workers " I keep seeing 11's on these machines " No one else I worked with saw what I was experiencing, so I quit talking about it. Then it was full force, and has never stopped. I began to ponder the number 11 as it followed me everywhere. I won't bore you with all of my sightings, as you also are a part this circle. I will add that when the number 11 comes to me, I have learned to pay attention !
I want to share an experience that happend yesterday as it is what brought me to this site.
I was in my car and my husband was in his car. We were talking through the blue tooth phone system when I heard a terrible crash sound and realized my husband was involved in an accident. Long story..short...he had been T-boned on the passengers side. No one was injured, but our car was terribly smashed.
At the end of it all, the officer said " I will pull out onto the road and block traffic, so you can pull safely onto the road " As he pulled out ahead of us I looked at the back of the patrol car and I was startled !!! The bold numbers on the car were.... 1111.......

Actually I thought it was just coincidence. I would wake up facing the clock and it would be at 5:11... Too many times to be a coincidence. I would see 11's preceded by other numbers as well...mostly 8 and 9. I was born on 5/11. My wife was born on 11/5. Again I thought it was just me and then I began noticing 11's more often. The one that broke the camels back, so to speak, happened when I was watching the 11 o'clock news...nothing unusual until I glanced at the caption on the lower right part of the screen..it read 11:11 and it was 11 degrees. That's when I decided to google the number 11 and couldn't believe all the information with regard to the number 11. Again I thought I was just had a wild imaganition and was going to chock it up to coincidence and then I found this forum. So I'm hoping to learn more from the conversation. I have just noticed this happening in my life. For the last few months I have been waking up at night, at 11:11. Not every night, but probably 4 out of 7 nights. I looked 11:11 up to see if it had any significance and here I am. Still not sure what to make of it...any insight would be appreciated.

I found this site only about 2 weeks ago after I started researching on-line if others are having the same experiences as me with seeing the number 11 on digital clocks, etc. I first noticed the odd number of times I'd look at the clock and see "11" as the minutes (ie 3:11pm, 5:11pm, etc.). Somedays it's only once or twice, somedays it's several more. It happens virtually every day.
Well, I began reading others' posts to this site and a few more and saw that many people experienced seeing "11:11" on the clock. I never had (or never remembered seeing that particular sequence) and found it strange that so many others had. Well, lo and behold, that same day for the first time I saw "11:11". I really had no emotion whatsoever about feeling "left out" prior to this so seeking this experience out is not a possible explanation. I just found it curious that I had never seen 11:11 before that day but it was the same day I realized I had not........truly weird.
I am a psychologist by trade so am fully aware of the brain's power of suggestion, how the brain can "program" itself to wake up at a particular time even without the benefit of an alarm clock, etc. But, this phenomenon is different as there's----at least in my case and I suspect in most other's experiences-----no intention, desire, etc. to see the number 11. In other words, it happens entirely randomly with no conscious level thought or interest in "seeking" the number 11 out.
This is truly unexplainable. I've read other's theories as to why it happens and frankly, find many of them quite far fetched but I am trying not to judge it and see where it goes. I'd be happy to correspond with other "eleveners" to see if we can discover a common thread.

Hello, I just wanted to state that I also am in the mental health field and found my expierence to be unfounded by any "natural laws" (so to say) ! This 11 past the hour is enough to drive the sane,....insane ! LOL and question ones reality ! I, like you, want to understand what the BIGGER purpose is and not deny what this is all about.
You may have tried to stop seeing this and or stop it as I have, but in my 7-8 years of this,.....its not going away !

Ya know we put ourselves out there putting our idea's / and or beliefs of this phenomenon, and to have a psych come here calling our claims far fetched really makes me want to bring out the asshole in me. I'm not here to diagnosed and or put on drugs I'm here to gain insight into a phenomenon we all share, so please by all means if you have something constructive to add then do so but I'm not a lab rat to be observed.

I started seeing 11 everywhere about three years ago. Clocks, counters at work, etc. It was crazy for about a year, hundreds of times a day. Everything I would look at a counter or timer or clock it would be passing through 11. Whenever I saw it I would get an ominous feeling, like, this is a sign, pay attention. I still see 11 more than normal and I still get that feeling when I see it, but it is not as frequent. It is like it made sure it got my attention and then backed off to a 4 or 5 time a day reminder. Lately I have been seeing multiples of 11 more often than 11 itself. This scares me because I like to think I have intelligence and I know one of the multiples of 11 is not a good sign?

This is so true. Not only does it seem to happen the most when it is not on the mind at all, but most people never knew anything like this existed when it started happening to them. This makes it much different than most mysteries the average person is at least aware of. Times when I started consciously looking at license plates or the clock thinking it was 11 after and such it happened less frequently than when I was busy and had no conscious thoughts about it. I think that is when we become fully aware that it is not something we are trying to attract. It is reaching out to us. Reaching out in places and times that are beyond any kind of chance.

You are right. But numbers come from God. What man or evil entities do with them are their doing. I have to believe God is in control and for the good people of this world the numbers are there for our awareness and benefit.

Bridge, The hits keep coming here. I usually see the 11s after things happen, leading me to believe that these things are temporary and its a sign to keep fighting and keep faith that better days are coming. But if you are frequently getting them before something happens then I would say be alert to your surroundings and proceed with caution. The signs are for a reason and hopefully there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I signed up on the forum a couple of months ago, and I've really enjoyed reading all of the stories about everyone's experiences with the number 11. My "sightings" started about 20 years ago I think, but have intensified over the last 4 years or so. I tend to see them everywhere (like most of you): clocks, addresses, receipt numbers, etc...and I just had to get online to see if I was the only one experiencing this. I'm very glad that I found others out there!
As I started digging for answers though, I began to realize that the number 11 has even more significance to me on a personal level with respect to numerology....to the point where it left me with no question that there is a reason that 11 is important to my existence and perhaps something more spiritual/metaphysical. Here are some data on that:
Birthday month is November
My birthday is 11/2/70 (1+1+2+7+0 = 11)
I was born at 12:17 (1+2+1+7 = 11)
The number of letters in my first and last name add up to 11
And externally:
The address of my building at work (currently) is 111
Address of a building I used to work in 7 years ago was also 111
Address of a building I used to live 20 years ago is 1140
I'm not a numerologist by any means, but the 11 phenomenon has caused me to pay attention to so many details that I have apparently not noticed in the past. Whenever I see 11s, I now always try to stop and live in that one moment, taking in every bit of stimuli coming my way in an attempt to find some kind of pattern in the chaos...some message that will bring me closer to this higher level of connected consciousness I'm hoping this is signaling.
Please let me know if you all are planning any other conference calls again in the near future. I'd love to join in and meet the group and share my experiences as well.

It all started about a year ago the only times I ever checked the time on my mobile at random points through out the day it would always be 11 minutes past the hour, then one day I got in the car and the clock said 11 minutes past the hour but I was use to it by now so then I checked my phone a couple minutes late and it was 11 minutes past the hour again turns out my clock in the car was fast and so I encountered the 11 twice, then another time I got in the car I turned on my cd and it was on track 11 and also my mile counter was on 11 miles. Another day I was walking down the road and there was a lamppost with a sticker with the number 11 on, then 1 day a taxi pulled up on my drive to turn around and the last digits of the phone number on the side were 1111 and the car number was 115.
Then yesterday I was in the car driving and there was a car in front of me a driving instructor and on the back of the car it said £11 pounds for driving lessons. I see the number 11 everywhere without fail im scarred how much it happens please help im so worried, also sometimes I wake up and put on the Tv not knowing what time it is and the volume will be on 11 and it will be 11 minutes past the hour on the Tv digital clock.

Sorry for being gone for the past month or so. I moved from Portland to Montana, West Yellowstone to be exact. Over the past few months I've been traveling some and the move was a big event but the 11s have been with me the whole time. They are as strong here in West as they were in Portland. I got mailbox 1104, and that figures. Somehow I knew there would be an 11 in my future. Still have to change my plates too. Wouldn't surprise me if there were an 11 there too.
I think scientifically that every situation has to be proven when seeking an answer. So if you take an 11er out of his or her environment do the 11s keep coming. And we all know the answer. But I think its a good idea to know for sure.
For some reason our brains pick up 11 after, or other 11 signals, and location means nothing. It's almost like we are being tracked. Hmmm. Something to think about.

Not sure how to post on this site? Hoping this works? My story is that for 3 years prior to my father's death we talked every Sunday at 9 am Central time (his home), 11 am Pacific time (my home). He told me that his eyes were always drawn to the clock at 9:11 (his time), that would be 11:11 (my time). This was prior to the destruction of the New York Trade Center Twin Towers. After that event occurred, I thought this would pass, but he said it continued and that he felt it didn't have anything to do with the event...that this prophetic 11:11 was for the future and it would well be my time (Pacific) not his. After his death, I started seeing 11:11 all the time and continue to do so. I believe something profound will happen on 11:11, just don't know which year or where. I do not like to go by "feelings" but I do sense that this upcoming 11:11 could be the one where something very dramatic and dynamic will happen. There a sense of destruction and loss associated with these "feelings." Hope I'm wrong and 11:11 comes and goes without incident. Guess we'll know soon enough!

We all seem to have similar experiences and the occurrences have been increasing at an almost unbearable rate for me. Does anyone think that there is any connection (even if it's a faint one) between us and the tragedy which was 9/11? I'm 17 and from England so I couldn't be further away from having a connection, yet still in some ways I believe I do...
As all of you are, I too am part of this 11 phenomenon and have been for about 3 years now, which is why these numbers stand out to me:
As we all know the event happened on September 11th
The first plane which hit the North Tower was flight no. 11
The plane which flew into the Pentagon was flight no. 77 (which is a multiple of 11, and also what my first and surname when added together equals to)
Not including the actual hijackers, there were 2,977 victims
Okay i agree, there are only 4 facts there, so this is probably completely out there and absolute nonsense! But it just makes me think, the flight numbers especially... out of all the numbers it could have been it's those... seems strange right?`Also, like many people on here, i started this whole phenomenon by seeing 9:11 on clock frequently, weird.
But as i said, this is probably complete rubbish and is just a theory! Hope will all find out what it really means sometime though...

I think there is some kind of a spiritual connection when it involves people like us seeing the 11's, I don't know how to explain it cause I'm only a 3 dimensional creature who can't perceive the 4th dimension and beyond. In reguards to 9/11 I think the forces that manipulated that event were possibly playing with spiritual forces to manifest the event and that is why the numbers are there. You will notice a lot of events not just 9/11 happen on interesting numbers. The dates of the events happen on specifically numbered dates for a reason. Such as the 7/7 bombings in London for example, also recently here the U.S. there was a shooting on live TV that happened on 8/26/2015 2+6=8 2+0+1+5=8 so essentially 8/8/8 again these aren't coincidences, but it's on a level I don't think I can fathom to explain.

I have found that the number 11 has been everywhere to the point it is ridicules! from my clock, to the time I punch in...also any money that is due me...My gas pump has even stopped at 11.11... I used to see nines everywhere...now its 11 ON A DAILY BASIS...I do not know why...

When ever I am going through a huge trial they are everywhere. Everytime I look at my clock, everytime I glance at the time on my phone, the time left on the microwave. It scares me because I think there is more troulbe coming.
I read somewhere that 11 means your spiritualy levelin up.

I have been seeing 11's frequently as of late. At home, in the car. Mostly on my phone, car clock, or alarm clock. I have also recently seenamed it during a football player baseball game one tv. Very strange but it does get annoying.

My experience is very similar to the one described on the main page. For me the 1111 experience began with looking at the clock at 9:11 and progressed from there.

Around 2 years into my 1111 experience before I knew it was happening to other people I attempted to hide from 1111 for an evening. No clocks, no electronic devices, no reading, no people just me.
The results of this were heart pounding moments of fear and awe and amazement as this number proved its authenticity. That's when I got on the internet and started looking for answers.

Forums been real quiet lately, I check in daily but no one really has been posting. So I'm not sure what to say atm if it's just that the world is getting crazy, or people are tired of talking about 11's, or we just need new blood. Lately I've been quiet myself as for not having new information to post.
Yesterday though I did listen to a speech of Mark Passio's that got me into thinking of looking at the phenomenon in a new light. https://youtu.be/C6E6abDdBII?t=30m4s In the video he goes in to talking about the tarot in relation to the kabblistic tree of life, and goes into talking about 11 11 as well. His view on 1111 is what I thought was very interesting, that it is a calling to go forward and begin teaching. You see with all the craziness going on in the world and possibly the dawn of ww3 if this happens what would likely follow is global enslavement.
Unless man could possibly waken up to what many call is Christ consciousness. Living by the golden rule, do unto others as you wish done on yourself, loving thy neighbor, understanding karma and living by it, the law of attraction, concepts that from I've gathered from the time I've spent on this forum all 11'rs understand. So after watching this video I've come to the idea that it might have to be us that have to wake up the world.
How do we do this, we make ripples in waking up others around us, teaching. Kind of like throwing a stone into a pond it will make a ripple. You throw enough stones you could make waves. In the video I linked he asked the class how many have had 1111 experiences and he says about 1/3rd. So if we all can wake up just a couple other people, then they wake up a couple and so on, maybe it could start to make enough of a difference to make waves.
The 11's are a calling you are waking up and the more you learn the more they come. I get non stop bombarded with them now it seems. I don't know what more I need to learn at this point, so maybe it is time to start teaching. I don't know where to begin to be honest though, it seems a very daunting task.

I think you are right about all those reasons. I think the terrible condition of the world has definitely got people down. But I think we have seen it coming with all the signs. The good news is that it is supposed to have a good ending! But what a sad, evil world right now. No matter what people's beliefs are I think most can agree that things are coming to a head and there is a push toward a one world government and possibly a major/final war. Whether it is all being planned or it is predestined - it is close. The chaos that can bring it is here. We are one major disaster away from seeing everything change. Our rights are as fragile as they could possibly be right now. The media is complicit in it all.
Again, whatever people's personal beliefs, it seems the anti-Christ/end times figure waits in the wings. When all hell breaks loose people will clamor to whoever has the answers. The world cannot sustain all the problems and division. We have monsters trying to bring an end to it all. With so many options at their disposal these days it is hard to imagine it turning out well. But we should be comforted that we are called with this phenomenon and have had many insights, but it is difficult. I am often comforted when the numbers crank up, but then it quickly becomes a struggle to see beyond the problems. But there has to be a reason. The "coincidences," and signs have us awake even if often less than optimistic. Many who don't get these signs are agreeing that these are the times where the world as we know it is going away. And I believe in the end a final victory over the evil. All that being said, there are many with their heads in the sand. So, again, we need to find comfort that those of us here have at least been awakened.

Sounds to me like you are just surrounded by spirit. Unbelievable amount of 11's in your life. You are blessed. Pay attention to when and how other 11's appear. This is the first time I've heard of this many 11's in someone's life. Do you get other 11's? Thanks for sharing!
Relentless with me as usual....the other night I had a dream that I was in a hotel looking for room 111 and a had a huge key in my hand. (This really happened in the past as I had room 111 a few times when I checked into hotels.). Today, I received an 11:11 and tomorrow surgery scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Normally this Dr. Does early morning 7 a.m. Surgeries but tomorrow is an exception...mine is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Of course...... They will probably have me knocked out by 11:11. LOL.....
You can run but you can't hide from them! 8)

Hi people...well..i am a newbie here but certainly not for the 11's. its been a year now that i am constantly seeing this on a daily basis nite or day, even though many hours in a day, my eyes chk the time and its 11.11 95% and rest of the times 20.20 19.19 22.22 like dat. same number repetition. all the more freaked me earlier was i wud see the time 11.11 then the games i play were on level 111 , the cars license plates i see are 1111 or 4111 like that. When i shared this with family they think am bit crazy and giving too mch importance to all this rubbish. But my question is, how can it be co incidence if its happening since a year now and occurs almost on a daily basis?? i was told questioning God and all is not right am nobody to that, but am curious and also definitely wnna know what and why. is that a sin??

in fact if i add my year and date of birth all come to 11, my name put together adds to 77 wch is mutliple of 11x7=77.
Not that few days on am seeing 777 999 333 as well...do i have to think about it as having a meaning or just as people / family say ignore it??

Welcome Manogna, I wish I had a concrete factual answer I could tell you to your question. Truthfully I am in the same boat as you and still searching. Now I've entertained lots of theories regarding the phenomenon but I still don't have anything concrete. I've heard it said to be a spiritual phenomenon, or it could be your subconcious speaking to us, or aliens or the divine, maybe it's the sign of the awakening taking place and you are waking up to a higher vibrational frequency. I've also heard it said that it is a sign that you could be a teacher and as the times change and we move forward in to this fifth age we are going to have to live our lives differently as we have in the past and have more respect for the planet and each other, and the Universe is telling you to share your knowledge with others. I can't really say what it really is so I'll ask what do the numbers mean to you?

Well the number 11 still plays it's part in my life and am no closer to consensus than before and I've been an 11er for 6 years now.
A while back I was seeing 119 in the weirdest places and couldn't help think that 119 adds up to 11. A number of note for me.
11ers all have their theories and I wish there were some kind of Fibonacci sequence to it all but, alas, nothing. Just have to keep truckin' on.

Lin, hope all went well with the surgery. I have had a lot of 111s lately. 123, 234... I love the thought of the giant key. The mystery will be unlocked at some point. I think sooner rather than later. I have noticed that big things can happen in an instant. The light could be shed on this in such a way. As well as an awareness by many who do not know anything about these things. The list grows, but I think at some point it will grow at a very quick pace.

Those who have not experienced this just can't understand what you are dealing with. If you tell people about it just make sure you point them to searches on the internet that will show the countless people who are experiencing this. Otherwise they might worry about you. Lol. There are some people who have had coincidences happen at a high enough rate to have the understanding that they are not a coincidence. These people can at least be more open-minded than some others even if they have not specifically gone through it. Some people are naturally open to certain paranormal experiences as well.
I think it is part of our nature to question God. It is important to do so in a way that leads us to a better understanding as opposed to a rejection. If we want the truth we need to be open minded and question with some anticipation, as opposed to thinking we have all the answers already. That is how we learn. And there is always more to learn. In the case of this phenomenon there is a whole lot still to be understood. We are like children who have just opened our eyes to the wonders of the universe. I think the majority are still asleep with eyes closed. These are signs that there is so much more than meets the eye. This is a road we have been put on. I think very few have chosen this. Its just not something of a nature that people would.

It's not something you can ignore. It can happen at such a rate that even people are are happy this is happening can basically scream for it to stop. But it is when you are thinking about it least that it seems to be able to make itself the most undeniable.

Wow. It really is quiet in here. Elevens still coming on my end. A couple nights ago I had a real good run of them. I wrote them down. 11:01, 11:11, 10:11, 12:11, and 1:11. It was in that order since the first couple were from a malfunctioning clock in my car. Clock was blinking and going on and off. I made the mistake of touching the dials thinking that might help and got it on the wrong time. Got stuck on 11:01 when I first tried getting it back to the right time. Couldn't get it to move off that so I left it. Glanced again at 11:11 as I was nearing home. Then 10:11 at home, which was the actual time as well as the other two 11's. I guess I won't be seeing any 11's in my car for a while since the clock is out completely now. Along with the radio. Lol.

Well 11ers I have to say and its pretty much what most of my posts have said.BUT in the last month it has been like a HURRICANE is
coming,I mean I stop counting how many I see by 11 in the morning. SOMETHING IS COMING AND I MEAN BIG TIME.It wakes me up out of a dead sleep and ther it is 3:11 5:11 6:11 it actually if I'm watching tv it pulls my head around to see the clock and its sometime with 11 in it I mean physically turns my head like the exorcist and I'm serious about this.My wife is a complete wreck yelling all the time the 2 dogs are sick the 2 horses are not themselves the parakeets are acting weird what the 11s is going on.Also I don't know who did this and everybody in the house says they have no idea how this got on the saved movie list end of days the apocalypse I no I didn't spell that right the movie is about 2 guys recording events with a home camera for about 7 years its starts in Israel and ends in the U.S. If anybody gets a chance to watch this please do.If anybody else seems to have been seeing 11s this frequently please make a post and your experiences lately.Thanks I hope I'm not alone and had to think quite a bit befour making this post.There is a lot more going on but I don't want this post to get out of hand.Happy 11er day to all of us who have been going thru the same.

Bridge66 I too have periods of increased 11 activity. They come and go as do the years and I cant help but think that something cosmic is up when they start to flourish.
What I've always been fascinated with is the feeling I get too when the 11s present themselves. Just like you, (and I'll bet all the other 11ers) my head turns and my eyes just go to the clock, sometimes, when it's 11 after the hour and I couldn't control this if I tried.
Even with few clocks around I still see 11 after up to 4 times a day. And like you bridge66 I have had 11s present themselves in the most odd way. I've woken up too from a deep sleep to see 11 after the hour on the clock beside my bed. Two times I've been in a room without a clock and a very odd feeling came over me so I peered into the next room and saw the clock at 11 after. What's up with that?
What gives? After 6 years I still don't have any idea but I'm always searching. Always feeling special, like I've been chosen for something, like you probably have too, and I'm talking to all 11ers.

Thanks for replying its nice to know your not alone.I was never a realeligious guy but it seems when I do see the 11s on the clock next to me I put my hand on it and say may the power of the 11s go to God Jesus for good and power for eternity and lately saying and power to me to win the lottery,i know ive crossed over the edge and most people would think I'm crazy.But since most of us don't know the real outcome of what is to come with the 11s and those of us who have been overwhelmed with the amount of times you see them.I hope the day comes when a spirit comes for and appearance and says to those of you that have never lost there faith in the 11s this is what its all about and you are all part of this wonderful experience that now wil come to what you have been waiting for.Bless the 11ers and have a great dayand never loose the faith.

In response to your post Bridge.....I am experiencing the 11's at a fast and furious rate. In fact, it's so frequent that it's making my head spin. I am getting 6:11, 7:11, 8:11, 9:11, 10:11 and the occasional 11:11 of course. I am also getting 333 frequently..and more so than ever before. I too, feel as though something of catastrophic proportions may occur. The feelings I have could just be the violent unhappy state of the collective consciousness of the planet. Then again, I truly believe that .11er's are just psychic in many ways.
I see that there are many newbies signed into the forum yet there is no chatter and no one sharing their experiences. Is anyone else getting the 11's more frequently? If so, please let us know so that we can be sure that it's not just us. In addition, I would like to pose this question to the forum:
Anyone ever have any experiences with owls or other birds? If so, would you mind sharing? I am curious as I have had "weird" experiences with owls and storks....at different times of course.
One other thing I should mention. I have kept a very detailed log of my 11 experiences for the past two years. What I have discovered is astounding. I now know what the 11:11 has been trying to tell me. More on that in another post. Anyone else keep a detailed log? If so, what are your experiences?

Lin hope all is well and as far as the 333s are concerned I have had a tremendous amount of them appearing also.As far as the birds go I have recently purchased 2 parakeets lately,the first time I have been involved with them in 50 years as a small kid,as far as my last post its still going strong to the point where it has been for at least the last 3 months the 11s are still physically
turning my head around.I know this is hard to believe but it happens and too often to be a coincendence its gotten to the point when my son or whoever happens to be with me at the time, ill point it out to them I say theres the 11s again,it has happened so many times they have know choice but to look at me pretty strange and they just don't know what to say then I tell thm this has been going on for years only now it just happens so much more often I also wish more people would tell of there experiences
as we have I would just be curious well that's it for now Lin be careful I really think it has to do with an asteroid just my opion but I know in my mind someyhing is coming and its BIG.

just want to add my share of ideas. 1) 11 have been increasing by a lot of late for me too. 2) the ringing that has been in my ear are also getting louder ( I see all kinds of videos on youtube about this event). 3) the thing that has change the most I'm not having a s many spiritual dream as I did in the past
I'm not sure if I know anymore now than when I joined this group. the fact that most of us (11er's) are still have the viewing of 11 at a great rate. I've also noticed that im seeing a lot of double digits now 33, 44, 66, 55, 22.
the other day I was driving and I was seeing a lot of 11's and double digits so I tried and experiment. I said out loud if I'm on the right path with 11 and the number's I'm seeing let me see 555 as proof this is a divine experience. the next day on my way to work I saw 555 and as I pulled in the lot at work the first car I saw had the 555 plates.
I'm not sure what to make of it. So next time I going to ask for the lotto numbers like Bridget66 did lol u never know

BigLion....555 is the number of " change" ...expect something to change in your life...if it is happening at work it may be a change at work....the last time I saw that number appearing frequently I had a major change in my life....and thanks for your reply....glad it's not just us having the increase in the 11's....I wish more people on the forum would respond to our posts.........read on...
And, tonight I met a complete stranger and during the conversation I happened to mention the 11:11 phenomenon....she gasped when I said it. She told me ( and I didn't ask) that she has been receiving the prompts for several months and also seeing 333 a lot. She also told me that the prompts were increasing in frequency more so than ever before. She said all this before I could say a word that I too saw an increase and was getting the 333 and more so than ever before. I stood there shocked......there is no such thing as coincidence my friends.....no such thing as coincidence. So you see....there are others experiencing the exact same thing we are....many, many others. This lady reaffirmed that the increase is real..that it is occurring to many of us.

My mother passed away last week, she was under hospice care, I was sitting in her room with my siblings, listening to them talk, I opened my phone and the time was 11:11. I've read about people randomly seeing 11's, I have never, that was the first time. because of the stories I've read, I looked over at my mom to see if she was still breathing, she was, I went back to listening to everyone talk, I looked over at her again and she was not breathing, I told my siblings shes not breathing, they said she's been doing that, she'll catch her breath in a second, but she was gone. After we called In the nurses I looked at the time and it was now 11:15. I really believe she was trying to contact me, she was heavily medicated and was out of it for several days before she passed.

Bitullis.....my condolences on losing your Mom. There is no doubt in my mind that she was connecting with you spiritually. Many people have said that they started seeing the 11:11 after a loved one has passed. The prompt confirms that she is now in the spirit world. If the prompt appears again take note on what is going on around you. She may be trying to send you a message of some sort. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.
After two years of keeping a meticulous record of my 11's I too noticed that it started just after a loved one passed but what I have also found is that someone quite possibly my loved one certainly has my back. Each time I received the prompt it was a warning......a warning to pay attention because something was about to happen. Now when I see it in my face I pay attention to everything around me even the people I am dealing with. Someone in the spirit world is protecting me....guiding me.....and certainly loves me. When I see the 333 it's a good sign....positive sign...I am on the right path...God is with me.
BigLion..when I saw the 11:11 and the 555 my life changed....and I would see it several times at different times when I was standing in the same room with my husband which was significant because it was he who was profoundly changed by the loss of a loved one in his immediate family. 5 in numerology is the number for change. So something may change for you and it might be a positive change even if it doesn't appear that way initially.
The signs are there...I have said this over and over...the signs are there we just need to pay attention to them. Spiritual development is liberating......we get to see and sense things that can assist us through life. We are very fortunate. ;)

Ty Lin for your comments. as you stated I'm waiting on the results of a court case that will change my life. this event is what got me going with the 11's it caused my entire life to change. it also led me to become more spiritual as I saw no way out but Jesus. you can say after a lot of prayer my eyes were opened and I started to get the spiritual dreams. I agree that its after a life changing event and you start to think about your life. it was about 3 months after I started to notice the numbers. wow there is so much see, learn and hear. I have also come to the conclusion that the world only attacks you senses (pleasures: but the catch it also cause money or so sort of transaction) which directly affects one of our 5 senses. this can lead to addictions of all sort. some time we are doing thing that we don't want to but we still do it. the question is if we don't want to do it and still do who is in charge of us spirit or flesh. lets not forget that we are spirit living in a body of flesh. if the flesh is ruling then we the spirit (the true u) is not ruling. that is why the scriptures say the Flesh and spirit is always at war. also if notice or spirit get upset only when we do wrong we cant get doing wrong off our minds. just a thought what is your feeling? please any one can add to my comment as we all are in the same boat with these prompts.

Thank you Lin. I haven't seen 11:11 since but I have seen the number 11 several times since she passed, not as frequent now. Also after she passed my bathroom light bulb on the right started flickering a few times then it stopped, then the bulb on the left started flickering. One afternoon while it was flickering I spoke aloud to my mom, told her I loved her etc. I went back later turned on the light and it flickered much faster got really bright and then suddenly just stopped. The feel in the room seemed different then. The light hadnt flickered anymore at all for a few days until yesterday, it flickered one time. My niece told me she woke hearing my moms voice saying she was healed, she said it was not a dream, this is the same day the flickering stopped.

I watch some near death experience and most of the people that pass and come back say they feel no pain and are very happy. most don't want to come back to the pain they are feeling in the flesh. I feel she is ok. take care of ur self and ur family. God bless

I have to share this, as I posted previously about seeing 11:11 when my Mom passed away, last night my new grandson was born, date of birth 11-11-16 time 11:48! I really believe my Mom was sending her blessings!

My experience started in Nov or Dec 2015. Like everyone else, I started seeing many sequences of numbers 1010, 1111, etc for 3 months until I noticed it. I mentioned it to my husband who told me about the study of numbers. I started reading numerology sites. I would see repeated 1 or 2 often. I am going through a very difficult time of transition and have spent the last year not working and trying to pull myself back up. Lots of challenges! I'm hoping the numbers are letting me know I'm on the right track. I'm living my proper journey and the spirits are letting me know they are with me. Some light at the end of the tunnel.
I saw some posts about fear of the end of the world and the Mayan calendar back a few years ago....
Interesringly, I purchased a property in the Mayan Riviera in 2011! The dream hasn't turned out as great as I'd hoped.
I met some folks at a party last night who were talking about the phenomenon as it happened to them. They tied it to a terrible health scare with their son. They believe the 11's were the spirits or universe letting them know it would all turn out ok. Which it did!

Thanks for posting and sharing your experiences. I believe the numbers appear with a great amount of significance especially during life changes. And yes....you are being reassured that you are not alone....that you you will never be alone .....that spirit is with you....all the time. Rest assured that you will get through every storm....that it is all part of life.....that each and every one of us will experience hardship(s) at some point during our life. And we will experience joy and happiness as well. We would not know joy and happiness without the hard times.....
Gene: I hope whatever you are experiencing will pass soon. I "predict" that 2017 will be a better year for all of us. I just have a good feeling that things will workout.....i am very optimistic that the world may get a little better than it's been. More and more people are having spiritual experiences....many people now know in their hearts that there is a lot more than just the physical plane that we experience.
I was out of the country for the past 31 days.....I visited seven countries....all of which had a lot of poverty.....during this time, I continued to experience repeating numbers that I receive frequently.....many times they appeared when I was thinking about how to help make the world a better place.
I also had another experience with the number 444. Long story short, I was trying to enjoy a cup of coffee in solitude when an elderly man started yelling and creating a scene....as he was doing so I remember thinking about all I wanted to do was enjoy my coffee...why is this guy disturbing my peace? So I smiled at him instead of yelling at him....asked him if I could buy him a chocolate chip cookie...he calmed right down....smiled at me and stopped being a PIA. I glanced at my phone...three 444's.....the time 4:44 pm and two consecutive emails appeared.....all at 444. It was spirit...giving me kudos for doing a good job! No doubt about it....confirmation that I did the right thing....raised the vibration level .....

this is just a quick note to say I agree with Lin. I feel that this year will be a good one for us 11ers. just to let you all know I spoke with someone that hears the spirits and she told me that the number is a special calling from God for a specific work we must do. she was not able to tell me that work, but she did make it clear that it was not a think to joke with. we must take it serous and we are surrounded by guardian angels whom are trying to help us complete our mission. my opinion as I have know this lady for a few years now and I stand by her divine knowledge as I have seen the things she has said in church come to pass.
we should all that time to pray for our specific instructions and direction.
also if anyone has spoken to anyone that see or hear please let us know what you have been told

Welcome, Weezabelle. You are not alone in your experiences with the repeating numbers or in your challenges. There are a lot of people trying to pull themselves up right now. I think you are right about the numbers letting you know you are on the right track. I have had this feeling for quite some time that part of the message is to encourage. We are all individuals so we need to consider our own gut feeling and circumstances surrounding the numbers and synchronicity, in general, but I keep seeing them as much needed encouragement. They so frequently come at the moments I need a reminder that there is a bigger picture to our place in the universe, yet when my mind is usually farthest away from thinking about these various numbers when they come. We are not alone!

Lin, It seems a lot of spiritual people are having the same feeling that 2017 is going to be a turnaround year. I like the sounds of that. I keep getting the numbers 123 coming at me fast which also makes me think that things are lining up for something big... I think with a few less challenges and distractions the good people of this world will be able to better able to help and encourage others who need it. The Bible mentions people being blessed so that they can be a blessing.
Sounds like you had a very busy and interesting month/trip. And no doubt enlightening!

Lion, I'm also getting the feeling that part of this is about having a calling. It is something that I have really been trying to get a better reading on. I do think there is something to being surrounded by guardian angels. Billy Graham has said, "His angels continually watch over us." Scripture and many people's experiences back that up.

About a week ago I saw a license plate, soul 1111. It came at a good time for me to lift my spirits. Car was right in front of me and I saw it just before I was about to turn. Then later in the day saw 1:11 and 11:11 on the clock. Had a barrage of numbers for a couple days. :)

My first experience was when my mom bought me a new digital watch in the mid 1970s. She had set it to the correct date and time. Within about 30 minutes the watch's display was 01-01 1:11. I reset it and once again, it reverted back to those numbers. We put a new battery in it and the same thing happened. My mom reset i and wore it for a couple of days while it kept perfect time. Once I put it on again, within 30 minutes it was back to 01-01 1:11. I gave the watch to my mom.
More recently, more often than not, when I check the time, it is 11:11, or it is 11 minutes after the hour. I just giggle to myself and presume I'm on the right path.

I believe that these things are a sign that we are on the right path. Glad to have you on the forum. We have a lot of great members, but things have gotten pretty quiet. Maybe the quiet before the storm. Who knows... But I do know this phenomenon is extremely important.

I used to think it was just me that was seeing this!, I am a Christian and started seeing 11about 4or 5 years ago started with clocks then receipts, different places anyway when I would see 11 bad things wold be happening later it was like a bad omen then I would start seeing "12" which I interpreted as a good sign funny thing though I felt out of gods will when I see 12 would like to hear other stories of 11ers

Welcome to the forum! For the longest time I would see 11 after on the clock just as it was turning to 12. When these bad things happen are they usually happening after you see 11 or basically during the same time period?
